聚氯乙烯安全信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與開發(fā)

【摘要】:石油化工行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)狀況日趨大型化、復(fù)雜化。帶來可觀經(jīng)濟效益的同時,危險程度也越來越高。而此時,安全信息管理系統(tǒng)的需求也隨之迫切;谟嬎銠C的信息管理的在很大程度上,解決了化工安全傳統(tǒng)管理的,費時費力,完備性差等缺點。因此基于計算機的安全信息管理,已經(jīng)在全球范圍內(nèi)廣泛應(yīng)用。 本論文以聚氯乙烯安全信息管理系統(tǒng)為設(shè)計對象,研究了常見的化工安全信息系統(tǒng)相關(guān)開發(fā)工具,如數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)(DBMS)、Client/Server、C++語言等,闡述了本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則、設(shè)計方法,構(gòu)建出聚氯乙烯安全信息數(shù)據(jù)庫模型,開發(fā)出一套適合企業(yè)安全信息管理的軟件系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)包括:用戶管理模塊,生產(chǎn)過程中介質(zhì)信息模塊,設(shè)備信息模塊,安全事故信息模塊,法律法規(guī)模塊,應(yīng)急預(yù)案信息模塊等八個主要模塊。選擇SQL Server作為該系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的數(shù)據(jù)庫,以Visual Stdio.NET2008和SQL Server2008作為開發(fā)工具,編程實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)模塊各要求的功能,如對安全信息數(shù)據(jù)的添加、刪除、修改、檢索、統(tǒng)計等操作。運行測試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)操作簡單,,安全性和穩(wěn)定性強,具有后期可擴展性。
[Abstract]:The production condition of petrochemical industry is becoming larger and more complicated. Bring considerable economic benefits, at the same time, the degree of danger is also getting higher and higher. At this time, the demand of security information management system is also urgent. To a large extent, the computer based information management solves the disadvantages of traditional chemical safety management, such as time-consuming and laborious, poor completeness and so on. Therefore, computer-based security information management has been widely used in the world. This paper takes the PVC safety information management system as the design object, studies the common chemical safety information system related development tools, such as the database management system (DBMS) client / Server C language, expounds the system design principle, the design method, and so on. The model of PVC safety information database is constructed and a set of software system suitable for enterprise safety information management is developed. The system includes eight main modules: user management module, medium information module, equipment information module, safety accident information module, laws and regulations module, emergency plan information module and so on. Using SQL Server as the database and Visual Stdio.NET2008 and SQL Server2008 as the development tools, the functions of the system modules are programmed, such as adding, deleting, modifying, retrieving, statistics and so on. The test results show that the system is easy to operate, strong in security and stability, and extensible in later stage.
