便攜式翼柵單孔瓦斯流量儀設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:基于煤礦井下管道瓦斯流量儀的現(xiàn)狀,分析了常用瓦斯流量儀使用過程中存在的不足,進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),提出一種工作可靠、效率較高的便攜式翼柵單孔瓦斯流量儀。該流量儀是根據(jù)翼柵原理直接測量氣體流量,采用便攜式結(jié)構(gòu),可直接顯示測定結(jié)果,可進(jìn)行多點(diǎn)測量,使用方便,體積小、重量輕,傳感器采用插入結(jié)構(gòu)可防止生銹及以外損壞,有利于保護(hù)儀器安全,儀器測量精度高。
[Abstract]:Based on the present situation of gas flow meter in underground pipeline of coal mine, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the gas flow meter used in common use, designs the structure innovatively, and puts forward a portable fly-gate single-hole gas flow meter with reliable work and high efficiency. The flow meter is based on the principle of wing grating to directly measure the flow rate of gas. It adopts a portable structure, can directly display the results of the measurement, can be used conveniently, and is small in volume and light in weight. The insertion structure of the sensor can prevent rusting and external damage, which is beneficial to the safety of the instrument and the high precision of the instrument.
