煤的灰分、揮發(fā)分與孔隙率的關(guān)聯(lián)及其對瓦斯放散初速度的影響

【摘要】:為了分析煤的灰分、揮發(fā)分與孔隙率的關(guān)聯(lián),以及煤的孔隙特征、堅(jiān)固性系數(shù)等對瓦斯放散初速度的影響,在我國8個(gè)典型礦區(qū)累計(jì)采集了84個(gè)煤樣,開展了相應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)測試。通過對實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)值分析發(fā)現(xiàn):大部分礦區(qū)煤的灰分、揮發(fā)分與孔隙率之間的擬合函數(shù)服從二元線性函數(shù),僅晉城礦區(qū)煤樣的擬合函數(shù)為曲面函數(shù);各礦區(qū)煤樣孔隙率、堅(jiān)固性系數(shù)與瓦斯放散初速度之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系明顯,具體可分為3種類型。在煤的灰分、揮發(fā)分與孔隙率之間關(guān)聯(lián)的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮煤的堅(jiān)固性系數(shù)的影響,得到的各擬合函數(shù)精度更高,其計(jì)算值與實(shí)測值的變化趨勢基本一致,可為煤與瓦斯突出孕災(zāi)特征的分析提供一定的參考,同時(shí)對于研究煤與瓦斯突出預(yù)測的新指標(biāo)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the relationship between coal ash, volatile matter and porosity, as well as the influence of coal porosity characteristics and solidity coefficient on the initial velocity of gas release, 84 coal samples were collected in 8 typical mining areas in China, and the corresponding experimental tests were carried out. Through the numerical analysis of the experimental data, it is found that the fitting function between ash, volatile matter and porosity of coal in most mining areas is from binary linear function, only the fitting function of coal sample in Jincheng mining area is a curved surface function, the porosity of coal sample in each mining area, and the porosity of coal sample in each mining area, The mathematical relationship between the coefficient of solidity and the initial velocity of gas release is obvious, which can be divided into three types. On the basis of the correlation between ash, volatilization and porosity of coal, considering the influence of the coefficient of stability of coal, the precision of each fitting function is higher, and the calculated value is basically consistent with the change trend of measured value. It can provide a certain reference for the analysis of the disaster characteristics of coal and gas outburst, and has important practical significance for the study of new indexes of coal and gas outburst prediction.
