【摘要】：不安全動(dòng)作是導(dǎo)致事故發(fā)生的直接原因,為明確和統(tǒng)一不安全動(dòng)作的定義及判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用對(duì)比分析的方法梳理人因分析與分類(lèi)系統(tǒng)(HFACS)和24Model中不安全動(dòng)作的定義和判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),建立HFACS與24Model不安全動(dòng)作因素的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,并以實(shí)際事故為例論述對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系的應(yīng)用過(guò)程。結(jié)果表明,HFACS定義的不安全動(dòng)作可以通過(guò)對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系與24Model定義的不安全動(dòng)作相對(duì)應(yīng);所建立的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系統(tǒng)一了不安全動(dòng)作的判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Unsafe action is the direct cause of accidents. In order to define and unify the definition and criterion of unsafe action, the definition and criterion of unsafe action in human factor analysis and classification system (HFACS) and 24Model) are combed by the method of comparative analysis. The corresponding relationship between HFACS and 24Model unsafe action factors is established, and the application process of the corresponding relation is discussed by taking the actual accident as an example. The results show that the unsafe actions defined by HFACS can be corresponded to the unsafe actions defined by 24Model, and the corresponding relations have unified the criteria for judging unsafe actions.
