羥基淀粉煤炭抑塵劑的制備及性能表征

【摘要】:采用羥丙基淀粉醚為主要原料,以N,N-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺作交聯(lián)劑,過(guò)硫酸銨作引發(fā)劑,羧乙基纖維素鈉作粘度調(diào)節(jié)劑和成膜劑,得到一種保濕性、抗風(fēng)蝕性、水穩(wěn)性、耐溫性等性能優(yōu)良的煤炭抑塵劑。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比,此種抑塵劑在抗風(fēng)蝕性、水穩(wěn)性、耐溫性方面比純淀粉基煤炭抑塵劑的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均優(yōu)。交聯(lián)反應(yīng)雖可形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),提高產(chǎn)物的保濕抗風(fēng)蝕等性能,也會(huì)降低其粘度,不利于成膜性,因此控制交聯(lián)反應(yīng)程度為一關(guān)鍵。最佳的反應(yīng)條件是溫度為70℃左右,時(shí)間為1h。
[Abstract]:By using hydroxypropyl starch ether as main raw material, Nn- methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate as initiator, sodium carboxyethyl cellulose as viscosity regulator and film forming agent, a kind of moisturizing property, wind erosion resistance and water stability are obtained. Coal dust suppressant with excellent properties such as high temperature resistance. The experimental results show that the dust suppressant is superior to the pure starch based coal dust suppressant in the aspects of wind erosion resistance, water stability and temperature resistance. Although the crosslinking reaction can form a network structure and improve the properties of the product such as moisturizing and wind erosion, it will also reduce its viscosity and be unfavorable to the film-forming property. Therefore, controlling the degree of crosslinking reaction is the key. The optimum reaction conditions are about 70 鈩,
