焦坪區(qū)塊煤層氣水平井井型優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:焦坪礦區(qū)屬于我國(guó)西北侏羅紀(jì)低煤級(jí)、低氣含量區(qū)域,具有低壓、低滲、低氣含量的特點(diǎn)。在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,隨著生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、開(kāi)采深度和開(kāi)采范圍的不斷增大,瓦斯災(zāi)害問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重,如何高效地進(jìn)行地面抽采瓦斯(煤層氣),降低煤層瓦斯含量,減少煤礦瓦斯災(zāi)害威脅,成了進(jìn)一步研究的主要目標(biāo)。水平井技術(shù)作為煤層氣開(kāi)采最重要的增產(chǎn)手段之一,對(duì)進(jìn)一步加快焦坪礦區(qū)煤層氣規(guī);_(kāi)發(fā)利用的步伐,,實(shí)現(xiàn)瓦斯利用與煤炭安全開(kāi)采具有十分重要的意義。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)焦坪礦區(qū)地質(zhì)條件和儲(chǔ)層特征的認(rèn)識(shí),主要做了以下幾個(gè)方面的研究: ①分析論證了水平井開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)在該區(qū)塊的適用性; ②通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬的方法計(jì)算出了最佳的水平段長(zhǎng)度、分支夾角、分支間距,并且利用優(yōu)選的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了U型井、V型井和多分支井三種水平井井型; ③對(duì)三種水平井井型分別進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),優(yōu)選出最具開(kāi)發(fā)潛力的一種井型。 最后通過(guò)對(duì)比技術(shù)指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)可以得出: ①U型井所得稅后財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部收益率低于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其它指標(biāo)都能滿(mǎn)足投資要求。 ②V型井和多分支水平井的技術(shù)指標(biāo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)都能滿(mǎn)足投資要求。 根據(jù)以上研究,推薦多分支水平井作為焦坪礦區(qū)水平井的開(kāi)發(fā)井型。
[Abstract]:Jiaoping mining area belongs to low coal grade and low gas content area of Jurassic in northwest China, which has the characteristics of low pressure, low permeability and low gas content. In the process of production, with the increasing of production scale, mining depth and mining scope, the problem of gas disaster is becoming more and more serious. Reducing the threat of coal mine gas disaster has become the main goal of further research. Horizontal well technology, as one of the most important means to increase production of coalbed methane, is of great significance for further speeding up the development and utilization of coalbed methane on a large scale in Jiaoping mining area, and for realizing gas utilization and safe coal mining. Based on the understanding of the geological conditions and reservoir characteristics of Jiaoping mining area, this paper mainly studies the following aspects: 1 the applicability of horizontal well development technology in this block is analyzed and proved; (2) the optimum horizontal section length, branch angle and branch spacing are calculated by numerical simulation, and three kinds of horizontal well types, U well, V well and multi branch well, are designed by using the optimized parameters. 3 the economic evaluation of three kinds of horizontal well types is carried out, and one of the most potential well types is selected. Finally, by comparing the technical indicators and economic indicators, we can draw the following conclusions: 1 the financial internal rate of return after income tax of U type wells is lower than the industry standard. The technical and economic indexes of 2V well and multi-branch horizontal well can meet the requirement of investment. According to the above research, the multi-branch horizontal well is recommended as the development well type of horizontal well in Jiaoping mining area.
