【摘要】：為加強(qiáng)對(duì)安全科學(xué)及安全工程的理論研究,基于生物信息學(xué)和因素空間理論,提出廣義安全結(jié)構(gòu)理論。闡明安全問題的本質(zhì)規(guī)律,建立安全結(jié)構(gòu)的組成要素及其數(shù)學(xué)邏輯分析框架,并研究主動(dòng)安全管控系統(tǒng)的組成及其構(gòu)建過程。結(jié)果表明:安全是人或物質(zhì)活動(dòng)與活動(dòng)環(huán)境相互作用形成的結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài),結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)的變化規(guī)律是安全問題孕育、發(fā)生和演化的本質(zhì)規(guī)律;安全結(jié)構(gòu)由安全事件結(jié)構(gòu)、環(huán)境結(jié)構(gòu)、活動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)及活動(dòng)與環(huán)境的相互作用組成;主動(dòng)安全管控系統(tǒng)范式體系由環(huán)境因素屬性空間、活動(dòng)因素空間、信息空間、系統(tǒng)外部擾動(dòng)、安全調(diào)控及各部分之間的關(guān)聯(lián)(映射)構(gòu)成。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the theoretical research on safety science and safety engineering, a generalized security structure theory is proposed based on bioinformatics and factor space theory. This paper expounds the essential law of security problems, establishes the elements of security structure and its mathematical logic analysis framework, and studies the composition and construction process of active safety management and control system. The results show that security is the structural form formed by the interaction of human or material activities with the active environment, and the law of structural change is the essential law of the gestation, occurrence and evolution of safety problems, and the safety structure consists of the structure of safety events and the structure of environment. Active safety control system paradigm system consists of attribute space of environmental factor, active factor space, information space, external disturbance of system. Security controls and the association (mapping) between the parts.
