R290制冷劑惰化燃爆特性實驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究R290制冷劑惰化燃爆特性,采用帶攪拌功能和氧濃度在線測定的20L球試驗裝置,對R290制冷劑進行了極限氧濃度測定。實驗測定了丙烷在CO_2和N_2惰化氣氛中的爆炸極限及極限空氣濃度LAC,確定丙烷的極限氧濃度LOC;采用三元圖爆炸區(qū)、丙烷-O_2二維圖爆炸區(qū)和ASTM標準分布圖分析了混合氣體爆炸區(qū)邊界的燃爆特征,給出了極限氧濃度的確定方法和邊界爆炸壓力分布規(guī)律。實驗結(jié)果表明:常溫常壓下R290的爆炸極限為2.1%~9.6%,CO_2惰化氣氛中的極限氧濃度為13.3%,對應(yīng)的丙烷濃度為3.3%;N2惰化氣氛中的極限氧濃度為10.8%,對應(yīng)的丙烷濃度為2.7%。通過對比分析不同CO_2和N_2濃度下的爆炸區(qū)分布特征,表明CO2對丙烷的惰化效果要優(yōu)于N2,以氮氣和二氧化氮體積分數(shù)比為1∶2測試惰化氣氛保護能力,惰化效果介于同濃度單種惰性氣體之間。
[Abstract]:In order to study the ignition and explosion characteristics of R290 refrigerant, the limit oxygen concentration of R290 refrigerant was determined by a 20L ball test device with stirring function and oxygen concentration on-line measurement. The explosion limit and the limit air concentration of propane in CO_2 and N _ 2 inerting atmospheres have been determined experimentally, and the limit oxygen concentration of propane has been determined. In this paper, the explosion characteristics of the boundary of the mixed gas explosion zone are analyzed, and the determination method of the limit oxygen concentration and the distribution law of the boundary explosion pressure are given. The experimental results show that the explosion limit of R290 is 2.1and 9.6and the limit oxygen concentration in the inerting atmosphere is 13.3and the corresponding concentration of propane is 3.3and the limit oxygen concentration in N2 inerting atmosphere is 10.8 and the corresponding propane concentration is 2.7. By comparing and analyzing the distribution characteristics of explosion zone at different concentrations of CO_2 and N-\ -2, it is shown that the inerting effect of CO2 on propane is better than that of N2, and the inerting atmosphere protection ability is tested at 1:2 with the ratio of nitrogen and nitrogen dioxide at 1:2. The inerting effect is between a single inert gas of the same concentration.
