【摘要】：以煤礦洗選車間為調(diào)查對象,使用噪聲儀、溫濕度儀、粉塵儀等設(shè)備對工人的作業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場測量評價,采用問卷法對作業(yè)人員勞動防護(hù)用品的佩戴和使用行為進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,分析了勞動防護(hù)用品使用中存在的主要問題,應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程改善設(shè)計原則,設(shè)計出一種集耳塞、口罩、安全帽于一體的多功能安全帽,并進(jìn)行了佩戴測試。結(jié)果表明,該安全帽對煤礦安全行為管理和工人的職業(yè)健康改善都具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the coal mine washing workshop as the investigation object, the workers' working environment was measured and evaluated by means of noise meter, temperature and humidity meter, dust meter and so on, and the wearing and using behavior of the workers' labor protective articles were investigated by questionnaire method. This paper analyzes on the main problems existing in the use of labor protective articles, applies the principles of improving the design of industrial engineering, and designs a kind of multifunctional safety helmet which integrates earplugs, masks and safety hats, and carries out a test of wearing it. The results show that the safety helmet can promote the management of coal mine safety behavior and the improvement of workers' occupational health.
