基于EPC模式礦井火災(zāi)治理工程項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理

【摘要】:通過對(duì)礦井火災(zāi)治理工程EPC模式礦井火災(zāi)治理工程項(xiàng)目自身特點(diǎn)分析,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分解法、頭腦風(fēng)暴法及類似工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)礦井火災(zāi)治理工程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行總結(jié)和歸類,并對(duì)基于EPC模式礦井火災(zāi)治理工程在合同談判、物資采購、工程分包、工程施工不同階段存在的資金風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、工期進(jìn)度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)采取不同的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,為EPC模式礦井火災(zāi)治理工程的順利實(shí)施提供保障。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the characteristics of mine fire control project based on EPC model, the paper summarizes and classifies the risk factors of mine fire control project by system decomposition method, brainstorming method and similar engineering experience. Different strategies are adopted to deal with the fund risk, quality risk, safety risk and schedule risk of mine fire control project based on EPC model in contract negotiation, material purchase, project subcontract and project construction. It provides guarantee for the successful implementation of mine fire control project based on EPC model.
