祁南礦10114工作面煤層注水防塵效果研究
[Abstract]:The prevention and cure of mine dust is of great significance to the safety production of coal mine. Mine dust disaster has been an important problem puzzling coal mine safety production. Pneumoconiosis caused by dust inhalation has also become a hidden danger to coal miners' physical and mental health. In such a severe situation, it is imperative to strengthen the prevention and control of dust disasters and to reduce the harm of dust disasters to the safety of coal mine production and workers' physical and mental health. Coal seam water injection is an effective method to prevent mine dust disaster. It pre-drilled water injection into the coal body, introduced pressure water into the borehole, made the coal body wetted in advance, and changed the physical and mechanical properties of the coal body, so that the original brittle breakage of the coal body became plastic deformation during mining. The coal dust was controlled from the source. In this paper, the mechanism of coal seam water injection, the dust control principle of coal seam water injection and the related factors affecting coal seam water injection are studied, and the actual water injection situation of 10114 working face of Qinan Coal Mine of Huaibei Mining Group is combined. A systematic study of coal seam water injection is carried out. Under the guidance of theoretical analysis, this paper expounds in detail the determination of basic parameters before water injection in coal seam, the determination of water injection parameters in coal seam and the relevant measures for water injection. Through the coal seam water injection measures before and after the dust concentration contrast, it can be found that coal seam injection can effectively control the face dust concentration, play a very good dust reduction effect. At the same time, the coal mine safety production also has the very important theory and the practice significance.
