基于通徑分析的露天礦違章誘發(fā)事故的驅(qū)動(dòng)力研究

【摘要】:在某露天礦2015年反違章記錄與事故通報(bào)基礎(chǔ)上,將習(xí)慣性違章進(jìn)一步分類,整理出作業(yè)性違章、裝置性違章、管理性違章和違反作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4個(gè)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù),采用通經(jīng)分析法定量分析誘發(fā)事故發(fā)生因素的驅(qū)動(dòng)力。結(jié)果表明:在一次事故中作業(yè)性違章是主要誘發(fā)驅(qū)動(dòng)力,而且違章前違反作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)常是發(fā)生不安全行為的前提,所以違反作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的間接驅(qū)動(dòng)力最大,作業(yè)性違章發(fā)生時(shí)如果不及時(shí)制止員工會(huì)進(jìn)一步降低作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);在一次事故中違反作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和管理性違章是次要驅(qū)動(dòng)力。如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間得不到糾正就會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致事故的發(fā)生或間接地影響員工的行為選擇和習(xí)慣,從而促動(dòng)員工誘發(fā)作業(yè)性違章的傾向。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the anti-violation record and accident announcement of a certain opencast mine in 2015, the habitual violations are further classified, and the four index data, namely, operational violation, device violation, management violation and violation of operating standard, are sorted out. The driving forces of inducing accidents were quantitatively analyzed by means of general meridian analysis. The results show that: in an accident, the main induced driving force is occupational violation, and violation of operating standards before violation is often the premise of unsafe behavior, so the indirect driving force of violating operational standards is the largest. If the worker is not stopped in time, the operating standard will be further lowered; in an accident, the violation of the operating standard and the management violation are the secondary driving forces. If it is not corrected for a long time, it will directly lead to the occurrence of accidents or indirectly affect the behavior choice and habits of employees, thus motivating employees to induce the tendency of occupational violations.
