長(zhǎng)期水浸焦煤風(fēng)干氧化自燃特性研究

【摘要】:采空區(qū)遺煤被水長(zhǎng)期浸泡之后,當(dāng)水分被排除會(huì)更容易自燃。為了研究焦煤長(zhǎng)期水浸后自燃特性變化,以西曲礦4~#煤為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)煤樣用蒸餾水浸泡30~90 d,在25℃條件下真空干燥箱內(nèi)干燥72 h后,采取程序升溫、紅外光譜、比表面積和孔隙分析等測(cè)試對(duì)比原煤和經(jīng)過(guò)不同浸水時(shí)間的焦煤的氧化自燃特性。結(jié)果表明:水浸風(fēng)干后的煤樣的自燃特性增強(qiáng),氧化升溫會(huì)產(chǎn)生更多的CO、CO_2等產(chǎn)物,孔隙和裂隙增加,孔直徑、比表面積和孔體積隨浸泡時(shí)間增長(zhǎng)而增大,但增加的幅度逐漸減小;-OH、-CH_2、-CH_3、C=O等有利于煤自燃活性基團(tuán)增多。長(zhǎng)期水浸對(duì)焦煤自燃具有一定的促進(jìn)作用。
