冰雪環(huán)境下高速公路安全運(yùn)行管理及緊急救援系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:冰雪環(huán)境下,高速公路的路面行車條件變差,能見度變低,稍有不慎,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致交通擁堵和事故的產(chǎn)生,考慮冰雪環(huán)境對(duì)高速公路行車安全的影響,論文對(duì)冰雪環(huán)境下高速公路安全運(yùn)行管理提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策,并結(jié)合理論的研究,開發(fā)了一套適用于冰雪環(huán)境下的高速公路安全運(yùn)行管理和緊急救援系統(tǒng)軟件。 首先,本文歸納總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外在冰雪檢測和控制方面的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足,提出論文研究的技術(shù)路線,并對(duì)冰雪環(huán)境下高速公路安全運(yùn)行管理和緊急救援系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,由此提出了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)具備的功能和性能要求。 其次,通過分析冰雪的成因規(guī)律及致災(zāi)的機(jī)理,,從道路、駕駛員、行車環(huán)境三個(gè)方面做出了冰雪對(duì)行車安全的影響分析,并對(duì)冰雪環(huán)境對(duì)行車安全的致災(zāi)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了簡要分析。 再次,基于ADAMS/Car的評(píng)估模型的建立,對(duì)冰雪環(huán)境下的高速公路行車安全進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,并提出了冰雪環(huán)境下高速公路交通疏導(dǎo)與控制策略以及多種方式的可遞達(dá)信息發(fā)布技術(shù)的研究。 然后,對(duì)于因冰雪環(huán)境所引發(fā)的高速公路事故做了影響時(shí)間和影響范圍的研究,并給出了分流路徑的行車時(shí)間計(jì)算公式,通過行車時(shí)間的計(jì)算得出最優(yōu)分流路徑,研究了緊急救援的機(jī)構(gòu)和各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的處理事件的職責(zé),并給出了救援最優(yōu)路徑的算法。 最后,利用VB和ACCESS軟件,開發(fā)了一套能夠普遍應(yīng)用于高速公路路段的冰雪環(huán)境下高速公路安全運(yùn)營管理及緊急救援系統(tǒng)軟件。
[Abstract]:Under the ice and snow environment, the road traffic conditions of the expressway become worse, the visibility is lower, and a little carelessness will lead to traffic congestion and accidents, considering the influence of ice and snow environment on the safety of freeway traffic. The paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to the safety management of freeway under the ice and snow environment, and develops a set of theoretical research. It is suitable for expressway safety operation management and emergency rescue system software under ice and snow environment.
First, this paper summarizes the experience and shortage of ice and snow detection and control at home and abroad, puts forward the technical route of the research, and expounds the contents of the safety operation management and emergency rescue system in the ice and snow environment, and puts forward the functions and performance requirements that the system should possess.
Secondly, the influence of ice and snow on traffic safety is analyzed from three aspects of road, driver and driving environment, and the disaster mechanism of ice and snow environment to traffic safety is briefly analyzed.
Thirdly, based on the establishment of the ADAMS/Car evaluation model, the highway traffic safety under the ice and snow environment is evaluated, and the traffic guidance and control strategy under the ice and snow environment and the information release technology of multiple ways are proposed.
Then, the influence time and the influence range of the freeway accident caused by the ice and snow environment are studied, and the calculation formula of the running time of the shunt path is given. The optimal shunt path is obtained through the calculation of the running time. The responsibility of the emergency rescue organization and the processing events of each machine is studied, and the best rescue is given. The algorithm of the path.
Finally, using VB and ACCESS software, a set of software for safe operation management and emergency rescue system of freeway which can be widely used in freeway snow and ice environment is developed.
