大規(guī)模突發(fā)事件應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度的多目標(biāo)魯棒優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為及時(shí)有效地控制大規(guī)模突發(fā)事件的不良影響,考慮應(yīng)急響應(yīng)系統(tǒng)中多種應(yīng)急物資需求呈不確定性的特征,建立最小化總成本和總時(shí)間的多目標(biāo)-兩階段臨時(shí)配送中心選址和應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度模型。采用相對(duì)魯棒優(yōu)化方法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解,利用區(qū)間估計(jì)描述不確定性因素,并引入擾動(dòng)系數(shù)和控制參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)模型的魯棒性和最優(yōu)性。數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該模型能有效解決需求不確定下應(yīng)急資源調(diào)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建問題,且能保證應(yīng)急決策良好的魯棒性。最后,通過分析測(cè)算單目標(biāo)與多目標(biāo)模型下目標(biāo)值的結(jié)果以及不同控制參數(shù)與擾動(dòng)系數(shù)下目標(biāo)值結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了該模型符合應(yīng)急響應(yīng)實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:In order to control the adverse effects of large-scale emergencies in a timely and effective manner, the characteristics of uncertainty in the requirements of various emergency materials in the emergency response system are considered. A multi-objective-two-stage temporary distribution center location and emergency resource scheduling model is established to minimize total cost and total time. The relative robust optimization method is used to solve the model, and interval estimation is used to describe the uncertain factors, and the robustness and optimality of the disturbance coefficient and control parameter adjustment model are introduced. Numerical results show that the proposed model can effectively solve the problem of constructing emergency resource scheduling network under uncertain demand and can ensure good robustness of emergency decision. Finally, through the analysis of the results of the target values under the single-objective and multi-objective models and the target values under different control parameters and disturbance coefficients, it is further verified that the model accords with the actual situation of emergency response.
