磁化表面活性劑溶液的降塵機理及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著煤炭行業(yè)機械化和采掘速度的加快,工作面粉塵濃度越來越大,威脅著工人的安全。通過分析磁化降塵機理和磁化表面活性劑溶液降塵機理,以山西省某礦為例,確定了適合該礦綜采工作面的最佳表面活性劑為LDLC表面活性劑及最佳濃度為0.1%,以及最佳磁化強度1000 m T和最佳磁化時間60 s,并根據(jù)結(jié)果設(shè)計磁化管路和添加裝置。該措施在該礦回采工作面進行現(xiàn)場試驗,使該工作面的全塵濃度降塵效果比常規(guī)措施提高72%左右,PM2.5降塵效果提高60%左右,有效改善了工作面的作業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of mechanization and mining speed in coal industry, the dust concentration in working face is increasing, threatening the safety of workers. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of magnetization dust reduction and that of magnetized surfactant solution, taking a mine in Shanxi Province as an example, The optimum surfactant is LDLC surfactant, the optimum concentration is 0.1, the optimum magnetization intensity is 1000 Mt and the best magnetization time is 60 s. According to the results, the magnetization pipeline and the adding device are designed. This measure is tested in the mining face of this mine, and the dust reduction effect of the whole dust concentration in the working face is increased by 72% or so compared with the conventional measures, and the dust control effect of PM2.5 is improved by about 60%, and the working environment of the working face is effectively improved.
