【摘要】：針對目前煤礦防滅火材料的不足,通過四因素三水平正交試驗研制出一種用于防治煤自燃的新型凝膠泡沫,并采用自行設(shè)計的封堵裝置和程序升溫方法分別對其進行封堵與煤自燃阻化實驗。研究結(jié)果表明:凝膠泡沫作為一種新型防滅火復(fù)合材料,其承壓性能相比三相泡沫得到極大提高,且高溫下不會分解產(chǎn)生刺激性氣體,在對煤炭封堵隔氧和自燃阻化方面展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的防滅火特性。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortage of fire prevention and extinguishing materials in coal mines at present, a new type of gel foam used to prevent coal spontaneous combustion was developed through four factors and three levels orthogonal test. The self-designed plugging device and temperature-programmed method were used to test the plugging and coal spontaneous combustion resistance respectively. The results show that as a new type of fire-extinguishing composite, the pressure bearing property of gel foam is greatly improved than that of three-phase foam, and no irritant gas can be produced by decomposition at high temperature. It shows excellent characteristics of preventing and extinguishing fire in blocking and preventing oxygen and self-ignition of coal.
