【摘要】：針對(duì)煤礦生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中瓦斯突出動(dòng)力災(zāi)害難以預(yù)測(cè)的難題,設(shè)計(jì)了一套通過(guò)測(cè)定煤樣瓦斯參數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)瓦斯突出災(zāi)害的智能檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以STM32F103控制器為核心,根據(jù)等壓解吸原理測(cè)定不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)取樣罐內(nèi)的壓力變化,進(jìn)而根據(jù)測(cè)得的相應(yīng)瓦斯指標(biāo)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,最終對(duì)工作面瓦斯突出危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficult problem that the dynamic disaster of gas outburst in coal mine is difficult to predict, a set of intelligent detection system is designed to predict the gas outburst disaster by measuring the gas parameters of coal sample. The system takes STM32F103 controller as the core, according to the principle of isobaric desorption, the pressure changes in the sampling tank at different time points are measured, and then the data are processed according to the corresponding gas index measured, and the danger of gas outburst in the working face is finally forecasted.
