科技進(jìn)步對SZ煤礦安全效能影響研究

【摘要】:煤炭是我國重要的基礎(chǔ)能源和原料,在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略地位。作為世界第一產(chǎn)煤大國,我國同時也是煤礦安全狀況較差的主要產(chǎn)煤國家。我國煤礦事故死亡率是世界上主要采煤國家中最高的,同比2009年百萬噸煤死亡率,,是美國的近60倍、印度的近6倍。本文針對SZ煤礦,分析其科技進(jìn)步與煤礦安全的現(xiàn)狀。在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,定量研究了SZ煤礦科技進(jìn)步與煤礦安全效能之間的關(guān)系,為進(jìn)一步提高煤礦安全提供對策建議。本文主要的研究工作和結(jié)論如下: (1)對SZ煤礦基本情況進(jìn)行了介紹。從科技進(jìn)步投入、安全事故人數(shù)、年產(chǎn)煤量、年利潤、職工人均年收入這五個方面對SZ煤礦的科技進(jìn)步與煤礦安全效能現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。 (2)實證研究了 SZ煤礦科技進(jìn)步與煤礦安全的關(guān)系。建立了煤礦安全的指標(biāo)萬噸死亡率與科技進(jìn)步的指標(biāo)科技創(chuàng)新投入以及獲得的科技獎費用三者關(guān)系的協(xié)整模型和誤差修正模型。實證結(jié)果表明每年科技創(chuàng)新投入的對數(shù)值每增長1%時,萬噸死亡率的對數(shù)值將會下降0.895620%;每年獲得的科技獎費用的對數(shù)值每增加1%時,萬噸死亡率的對數(shù)值將會下降2.222606%。進(jìn)一步檢驗表明科技創(chuàng)新投入是萬噸死亡率的格蘭杰原因,獲得的科技獎費用也是萬噸死亡率的格蘭杰原因?萍紕(chuàng)新投入與獲得的科技獎費用是萬噸死亡率發(fā)生變化的一部分原因。 (3)根據(jù)實證研究結(jié)果以及SZ煤礦現(xiàn)狀,提出了七條對策建議來進(jìn)一步提高SZ煤礦的科技進(jìn)步與煤礦安全。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important basic energy and raw material in China, and has a very important strategic position in the national economy. As the world's largest coal-producing country, China is also a major coal-producing country with poor coal mine safety. The mortality rate of coal mine accidents in China is the highest among the major coal mining countries in the world. Compared with 2009, the death rate of coal mine accidents in China is 60 times higher than that in the United States and nearly 6 times higher in India. Aiming at SZ coal mine, this paper analyzes the present situation of its scientific and technological progress and coal mine safety. On the basis of summarizing the related research situation at home and abroad, this paper quantitatively studies the relationship between the scientific and technological progress of SZ coal mine and the safety efficiency of coal mine, and provides countermeasures and suggestions for further improving coal mine safety. The main research work and conclusions are as follows: (1) the basic situation of SZ coal mine is introduced. From the investment of scientific and technological progress, the number of safety accidents, the annual coal production, the annual profits, The paper analyzes the present situation of science and technology progress and coal mine safety efficiency in SZ coal mine. (2) the relationship between SZ coal mine science and technology progress and coal mine safety is studied empirically. The cointegration model and error correction model of the relationship between the mortality rate of ten thousand tons of coal mine safety index and the scientific and technological innovation input of scientific and technological progress as well as the cost of scientific and technological awards obtained are established. The empirical results show that the logarithmic value of ten thousand tons mortality will decrease by 0.895620 per year with the increase of the logarithmic value of science and technology innovation input, and the logarithmic value of ten thousand tons death rate will decrease by 2.222606when the logarithm value of the annual science and technology award fee increases by 0.895620. Further tests show that investment in science and technology innovation is the Granger cause of death rate of ten thousand tons, and the cost of winning the science and technology award is also the cause of Granger death rate of ten thousand tons. The investment in science and technology innovation and the cost of the science and technology award are part of the reason for the change of death rate of ten thousand tons. (3) according to the results of empirical research and the present situation of SZ coal mine, Seven countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further improve the scientific and technological progress and coal mine safety of SZ coal mine.
