溶劑解吸-氣相色譜法同時測定工作場所空氣中2-甲氧基乙基乙酸酯和2-乙氧基乙基乙酸酯

【摘要】:目的建立同時測定工作場所空氣中2-甲氧基乙基乙酸酯(2-MEA)和2-乙氧基乙基乙酸酯(2-EEA)的溶劑解吸-氣相色譜測定法。方法空氣樣品采用活性炭管采集,以1.0 mL體積分數(shù)為5.00%(V/V)甲醇-二氯甲烷溶液解吸,毛細管色譜柱分離,氫火焰離子化檢測器測定。結(jié)果 2-MEA和2-EEA分別在質(zhì)量濃度為1.50~2 403.84和1.79~2 871.20 mg/L時線性關系良好,相關系數(shù)均為0.999 8;最低定量濃度分別為0.20和0.09mg/m~3(以采集3.00 L空氣計);平均解吸效率分別為98.08%~99.67%和94.34%~99.79%;批內(nèi)相對標準偏差(RSD)分別為1.77%~3.51%和1.72%~3.01%,批間RSD分別為2.27%~4.44%和2.31%~4.19%。樣品在室溫下至少可保存14 d。結(jié)論本方法適用于工作場所空氣中2-MEA和2-EEA的采樣及檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a solvent desorption gas chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of 2-methoxyacetate (2-MEA) and 2-ethoxyacetate (2-EEA) in workplace air. Methods the air samples were collected by activated carbon tube and desorbed by 1.0 mL volume fraction of 5.00% (V / V) methanol-dichloromethane solution, separated by capillary column and determined by flame ionization detector. Results the linear relationship between 2-MEA and 2-EEA was good when the mass concentrations were 1.50 渭 g / L and 1.79 mg / L, respectively. The average desorption efficiency was 98.08 ~ 99.67% and 94.34 ~ 99.79% respectively, and the relative standard deviation was 1.77 ~ 3.51% and 1.72 ~ 3.01, respectively. The relative standard deviations between batches were 2.274.44% and 2.31% respectively. The samples can be preserved at room temperature for at least 14 days. Conclusion this method is suitable for sampling and detection of 2-MEA and 2-EEA in workplace air.
