基于組合賦權(quán)和灰色聚類的一級(jí)公路平交口安全評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:公路平面交叉口是公路網(wǎng)交通流的重要轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是交通事故多發(fā)的"黑點(diǎn)",及時(shí)掌握交叉口的安全狀況對(duì)預(yù)防交通事故,減少交通傷害十分必要。通過(guò)對(duì)平交口安全影響因素梳理,提出基于道路和環(huán)境特性的公路平交口安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并給出了各指標(biāo)的模型表達(dá)式。利用熵理論和序關(guān)系分析方法,組合賦權(quán)確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重;運(yùn)用灰色聚類評(píng)估方法,對(duì)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行聚類分析,根據(jù)灰類將交叉口安全水平劃分為5個(gè)等級(jí)(A-E級(jí))。結(jié)合公路平面交叉口的實(shí)際調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)例應(yīng)用,并與傳統(tǒng)的主觀評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明,基于綜合賦權(quán)灰色聚類評(píng)價(jià)的交叉口安全等級(jí)與傳統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)方法有較好的一致性,能反映其實(shí)際安全狀況。
[Abstract]:Highway intersection is an important transition node of traffic flow in highway network, and it is also a "black spot" with frequent traffic accidents. It is necessary to grasp the safety condition of intersection in time to prevent traffic accidents and reduce traffic injuries. By combing the factors affecting the safety of the horizontal intersection, the evaluation index system of the safety of the highway intersection based on the characteristics of the road and the environment is put forward, and the model expressions of each index are given. The weight of each index is determined by using entropy theory and order relation analysis method, and the grey cluster evaluation method is used to analyze the index system, and the safety level of intersection is divided into five grades (A-E level) according to the grey class. Combined with the actual survey data of highway intersections, the application of practical examples is compared with the traditional subjective evaluation method. The results show that, The safety grade of intersection based on comprehensive weighted grey clustering evaluation is in good agreement with the traditional evaluation method and can reflect the actual security situation.
