煤礦硫化氫賦存機(jī)理及綜合治理方法研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)某煤礦的地質(zhì)資料以及煤礦硫化氫成因機(jī)理,從全硫含量、煤層沉積環(huán)境以及鏡質(zhì)組最大反射率方面對(duì)該礦硫化氫成因進(jìn)行分析,得出該礦硫化氫成因類(lèi)型是BSR作用類(lèi)型。在深入分析硫化氫成因的基礎(chǔ)上,確定了治理方案和工藝參數(shù),通過(guò)對(duì)該礦工作面進(jìn)行預(yù)注堿溶液和設(shè)置堿溶液水幕的方法,對(duì)硫化氫進(jìn)行綜合治理,使硫化氫濃度降低到了6.6×10-6值以下,治理效果明顯,保證了工人的健康與安全。
[Abstract]:According to the geological data of a coal mine and the formation mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in coal mine, the origin of hydrogen sulfide in this mine is analyzed from the aspects of total sulfur content, sedimentary environment of coal seam and maximum reflectance of vitrinite. It is concluded that the genetic type of hydrogen sulfide in this mine is BSR action type. On the basis of deep analysis of the cause of formation of hydrogen sulfide, the treatment scheme and technological parameters are determined, and the comprehensive treatment of hydrogen sulfide is carried out through the pre-injection of alkali solution and the setting of water curtain of alkali solution on the face of the mine. The concentration of hydrogen sulfide was reduced to 6.6 脳 10 ~ (-6), the control effect was obvious, and the health and safety of workers were ensured.
