不同粒徑配比型煤滲流特性與體積應(yīng)變關(guān)系試驗研究

【摘要】:采用重慶市打通一礦K1煤層制作的不同粒徑配比的型煤為研究對象,利用重慶大學(xué)自行研發(fā)的含瓦斯煤熱流固耦合三軸伺服滲流裝置進(jìn)行試驗,根據(jù)試驗過程中型煤的變形形狀提出了一種新的體積應(yīng)變計算方法,探討不同粒徑配比型煤滲流特性與體積應(yīng)變的關(guān)系。試驗研究結(jié)果表明:試件滲流速度與粒徑大小和粒徑配比有關(guān)。粒徑均勻的試件,粗粒徑的滲流速度大于細(xì)粒徑的滲流速度;不同粒徑配比的試件,180~250μm(細(xì)粒徑)含量越多滲流速度越慢;滲流速度與體積應(yīng)變有較好的分段線性關(guān)系。體積應(yīng)變減小階段,各種粒徑配比下的試件滲流速度均線性減小;體積反向增大階段,180~250μm(細(xì)粒徑)含量高于一定值的試件滲流速度不變,反之低于該值時滲流速度增大,但增大斜率較前面降低斜率較平緩。
[Abstract]:Taking the briquette with different particle size ratio made from K1 coal seam in Daotong Coal Mine of Chongqing as the research object, the experiment was carried out by using the gas-bearing coal heat-fluid-solid coupling three-axis servo percolation device developed by Chongqing University. According to the deformation shape of medium coal, a new calculation method of volume strain is put forward, and the relationship between seepage characteristics and volume strain of briquette with different particle sizes is discussed. The experimental results show that the percolation velocity of the specimen is related to the particle size and particle size ratio. The percolation velocity of coarse particle size is larger than that of fine particle size, the flow velocity of specimen with different particle size ratio of 180 渭 m (fine particle size) is slower, and there is a good piecewise linear relationship between seepage velocity and volume strain. At the stage of decreasing volume strain, the mean linearity of seepage velocity of specimens with various particle size ratios decreases, while the seepage velocity of specimens with 180 ~ 250 渭 m (fine particle size) content above a certain value does not change at the stage of reverse increase of volume, whereas the seepage velocity increases when the volume ratio is lower than this value. However, the slope of increasing the slope is lower than that of the front.
