三維礦井應(yīng)急救援仿真系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:地下采礦事故高發(fā),建立三維礦井應(yīng)急救援仿真系統(tǒng)可以有效提高受困人員逃生幾率和救援人員救援效率以及提高礦井生產(chǎn)安全和培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。系統(tǒng)以三維立體的方式將地下巷道信息展現(xiàn)給用戶,平時(shí)可用于監(jiān)控安全生產(chǎn)。當(dāng)?shù)V難發(fā)生時(shí),系統(tǒng)根據(jù)獲取人員所處位置和巷道的通行狀況信息設(shè)定安全點(diǎn)、起始點(diǎn)等參數(shù),利用本文提出的改進(jìn)蟻群算法自動(dòng)規(guī)劃出這兩點(diǎn)間最佳避災(zāi)路線和備選路徑,蟻群算法的重要改進(jìn)在于通過(guò)引入分區(qū)概念影響螞蟻的搜索行為,進(jìn)而有效提高螞蟻搜索路徑的效率,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明本蟻群算法適合大中型煤礦的路徑規(guī)劃,求解最佳路徑的效率和穩(wěn)定性滿足實(shí)際需求。另一方面,用戶可以通過(guò)控制虛擬人在虛擬場(chǎng)景中的行為進(jìn)行模擬安全訓(xùn)練,相比二維仿真系統(tǒng),三維仿真系統(tǒng)可以更直觀更有效地展現(xiàn)地下生產(chǎn)狀況,用戶感受深刻真實(shí),改善以往錄像、實(shí)驗(yàn)、幻燈等授課單調(diào)方式,有助于提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量。最后本文在Unity3d的平臺(tái)下實(shí)現(xiàn)了上述基本設(shè)計(jì),并在實(shí)驗(yàn)中設(shè)計(jì)了水災(zāi)模擬算法,水災(zāi)發(fā)生后利用改進(jìn)蟻群算法進(jìn)行路徑規(guī)劃并將最佳路徑在三維場(chǎng)景標(biāo)色凸顯,用戶在此環(huán)境下控制虛擬人進(jìn)行自主漫游和固定路徑漫游。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明建立三維礦井應(yīng)急救援仿真系統(tǒng)對(duì)于幫助部署應(yīng)急救援方案、提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量和礦井生產(chǎn)安全具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:There is a high incidence of underground mining accidents. The establishment of a three-dimensional mine emergency rescue simulation system can effectively improve the survival probability and rescue efficiency of trapped personnel, as well as improve mine production safety and training quality. The system presents the underground roadway information to the user in three-dimensional way, which can be used to monitor the safety of production. When the mine accident occurs, the system sets the safety point, the starting point and so on according to the information of the location of the acquired personnel and the traffic condition of the roadway, and uses the improved ant colony algorithm proposed in this paper to automatically plan the optimal disaster avoidance route and alternative path between the two points. The important improvement of ant colony algorithm is to improve the efficiency of ant search path by introducing the concept of partition to improve the efficiency of ant search path. The experimental results show that the ant colony algorithm is suitable for the path planning of large and medium-sized coal mines. The efficiency and stability of solving the optimal path meet the practical requirements. On the other hand, the user can conduct simulation safety training by controlling the behavior of virtual human in the virtual scene. Compared with the two-dimensional simulation system, the three-dimensional simulation system can show the underground production situation more intuitively and effectively. Improve the previous video, experiments, slides and other monotonous teaching methods, help improve the quality of training. Finally, this paper implements the above basic design on the platform of Unity3D, and designs the flood simulation algorithm in the experiment. After the flood, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to plan the path and highlight the best path in the 3D scene. In this environment, the user controls the virtual human for autonomous roaming and fixed path roaming. The experimental results show that the establishment of 3D mine emergency rescue simulation system is of great significance for the deployment of emergency rescue schemes and the improvement of training quality and mine production safety.
