兩種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估法在某黑色金屬鑄造企業(yè)職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:[目的]綜合評(píng)估寧波市某黑色金屬鑄造企業(yè)接觸矽塵崗位的職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn),探討職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)法和國(guó)際采礦與金屬委員會(huì)(ICMM)職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法在該企業(yè)主要崗位職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中的適用性。[方法]應(yīng)用職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)法和ICMM職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估法(分為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)級(jí)表法和賦值定量法)對(duì)該企業(yè)開展職業(yè)衛(wèi)生調(diào)查,并對(duì)產(chǎn)生矽塵的關(guān)鍵崗位開展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。[結(jié)果]該企業(yè)為一家中型企業(yè),職業(yè)病防護(hù)設(shè)施效果不良,制芯崗位和成型崗位矽塵呼吸性粉塵8 h時(shí)間加權(quán)平均濃度分別為0.92 mg/m3和0.79 mg/m3,超過職業(yè)接觸限值。職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)法評(píng)估結(jié)果顯示制芯崗位和成型崗位接觸矽塵致職業(yè)健康危害的等級(jí)為中度危害,需要采取減少接觸時(shí)間、加強(qiáng)防護(hù)等控制措施,其余崗位為輕度危害。ICMM風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)級(jí)表法評(píng)估發(fā)現(xiàn)制芯崗位和成型崗位接觸矽塵引起最常見危害和最嚴(yán)重危害的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)為高風(fēng)險(xiǎn),其余崗位為中風(fēng)險(xiǎn);ICMM賦值定量法對(duì)5個(gè)關(guān)鍵崗位的評(píng)估結(jié)果均為"不可接受的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)",需要采取"立即關(guān)停"的措施。[結(jié)論]ICMM風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)級(jí)表法評(píng)估的健康危害明確,評(píng)估結(jié)果和實(shí)際情況較為符合,在該企業(yè)接觸矽塵崗位的職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中有較好的適用性。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the occupational health risk of exposure to silica dust in a ferrous metal foundry in Ningbo, This paper discusses the applicability of occupational hazard risk index method and ICMM occupational health risk assessment method to the occupational health risk assessment in the main positions of the enterprise. [methods] Occupational health survey was carried out by using occupational hazard risk index method and ICMM occupational health risk assessment method (including risk rating table method and assignment quantitative method), and the risk assessment was carried out on the key posts producing silica dust. [results] this enterprise is a medium-sized enterprise, the effect of occupational disease protection facilities is not good, the weighted average concentration of dust breathing dust in core-making post and molding post is 0.92 mg/m3 and 0.79 mg / m ~ 3 respectively, which exceeds the occupational exposure limit. The evaluation results of occupational hazard risk index method showed that the occupational health hazards caused by exposure to silica dust in core manufacturing and molding positions were moderately hazardous, and some control measures such as reducing exposure time and strengthening protection were needed. The remaining positions are mild hazard. ICMM risk rating table method has found that the most common hazards and the most serious hazards caused by exposure to silica dust in core-making and molding positions are of high risk. The results of the evaluation of the five key positions by ICMM quantitative method are "unacceptable risk", so it is necessary to take the measures of "closing immediately". [conclusion] the health hazard assessed by ICMM risk rating table method is clear, and the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation, which is suitable for the occupational health risk assessment of the enterprise exposed to silica dust.
