物質(zhì)致災(zāi)化學(xué)的學(xué)科構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:為完善安全物質(zhì)學(xué)學(xué)科體系,從化學(xué)角度探究物質(zhì)致災(zāi)的機(jī)理,基于安全物質(zhì)學(xué)及化學(xué)的定義,提出物質(zhì)致災(zāi)化學(xué)的定義,并分析其內(nèi)涵;高度概括并扼要論述物質(zhì)致災(zāi)化學(xué)的研究目的、學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)及學(xué)科框架;在此基礎(chǔ)上,從致災(zāi)物的共性與特性、致災(zāi)物質(zhì)危險(xiǎn)性、物質(zhì)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價與預(yù)測、物質(zhì)安全原理與措施4個方面,剖析物質(zhì)致災(zāi)化學(xué)的具體研究內(nèi)容和方法。結(jié)果表明,物質(zhì)致災(zāi)化學(xué)的學(xué)科理論基礎(chǔ)深厚,研究內(nèi)容與方法豐富,可作為安全科學(xué)及化學(xué)等學(xué)科體系的新興交叉分支學(xué)科。
[Abstract]:In order to perfect the discipline system of safety substance science, this paper probes into the mechanism of material disaster from the chemical point of view, based on the definition of safety substance science and chemistry, puts forward the definition of substance disaster chemistry and analyzes its connotation. This paper summarizes and briefly discusses the research purpose, discipline foundation and disciplinary framework of substance disaster chemistry, and on this basis, evaluates and predicts the risk of material system from the common character and characteristic of disaster-causing material, hazard of disaster-causing substance, material system risk, and so on. Four aspects of material safety principles and measures are analyzed, and the specific research contents and methods of material hazard chemistry are analyzed. The results show that the theoretical foundation of substance induced chemistry is deep and the research contents and methods are rich. It can be used as a new interdisciplinary subject of safety science and chemistry system.
