大慶油田電網(wǎng)雷電定位監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟的進(jìn)步,人們對電能的質(zhì)量和安全的要求越來越高。電網(wǎng)建設(shè)步伐的不斷加快、結(jié)構(gòu)的逐步完善大幅度提高了電力系統(tǒng)的安全穩(wěn)定性,使破壞電力系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定的事故次數(shù)逐步下降。但由自然災(zāi)害引發(fā)的事故仍不時發(fā)生,且后果更不容忽視。近些年來,隨著油田電網(wǎng)快速的發(fā)展,增加了變電所和輸電線路的密度,使電網(wǎng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)架日趨復(fù)雜。每當(dāng)惡劣的氣象天氣時,就會對電網(wǎng)的安全運行產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的危害,特別是近些年來的雷電、大風(fēng)、冰雨等極端惡劣的天氣導(dǎo)致的電網(wǎng)故障對油田電網(wǎng)的安全運行已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的影響,油田原油的生產(chǎn)也因此造成了很大的損失。 本論文建立油田電網(wǎng)雷電監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于油田電力網(wǎng)絡(luò),本系統(tǒng)采用“時間到達(dá)+定向”綜合定位模型,提高了系統(tǒng)雷擊點的定位精度和探測效率。防雷系統(tǒng)以計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ),前置服務(wù)器與副站采集設(shè)備采用GPRS無線與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)相結(jié)合通信,,將各探頭的定位監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整合,通過數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)器進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理及存儲,可靠性高,實現(xiàn)了收集、處理、存儲、查詢、統(tǒng)計等功能。并能及時、準(zhǔn)確的在企業(yè)網(wǎng)web中提供雷電數(shù)據(jù)定位信息,快速查找線路雷擊故障點,指導(dǎo)巡線。使油田電網(wǎng)針對不同雷電情況采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆览状胧岣唠娋W(wǎng)防雷能力,減少雷電所造成的損失,為輸電線路或其它電力設(shè)施的設(shè)計和運行、維護(hù)提供充分的防雷依據(jù),最大限程度地減少停電損失。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the progress of economy, the quality and safety of electric energy are demanded more and more. With the accelerating pace of power grid construction and the gradual improvement of the structure, the safety and stability of the power system are greatly improved, and the number of accidents that destroy the stability of the power system is gradually reduced. But accidents caused by natural disasters still occur from time to time, and the consequences can not be ignored. In recent years, with the rapid development of oilfield power grid, the density of substations and transmission lines has been increased. Whenever the weather is bad, it will cause serious harm to the safe operation of the power grid, especially the lightning and strong winds in recent years. Grid failures caused by extreme severe weather such as ice and rain have had a serious impact on the safe operation of the oil field grid, and the production of crude oil in the oil field has also caused great losses. In this paper, the lightning monitoring system of oil field power network is established and applied to the electric power network of oil field. The system adopts the "time arrival orientation" integrated positioning model, which improves the location accuracy and detection efficiency of the lightning strike point of the system. The lightning protection system is based on the computer network, and the pre-server and the sub-station acquisition equipment use GPRS wireless and network technology to communicate, integrate the positioning and monitoring data of each probe, and process and store the data through the data server. High reliability, achieve collection, processing, storage, query, statistics and other functions. And can timely and accurately in the enterprise network web to provide lightning data location information, quickly find fault points of line lightning strike, guide line inspection. The appropriate lightning protection measures should be taken in accordance with different lightning conditions in oil field power grid, so as to improve the lightning protection capability of the power grid, reduce the losses caused by lightning, and provide sufficient lightning protection basis for the design and operation of transmission lines or other power facilities, and for the maintenance and maintenance of the transmission lines and other power facilities. Minimize power outages.
