近水平上保護(hù)層開采覆巖破壞規(guī)律數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:為確保近水平高瓦斯松軟低透煤層安全高效開采,以大灣煤礦西井X10901工作面為研究對(duì)象,利用FLAC~(3D)數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)上保護(hù)層開采覆巖的應(yīng)力變化規(guī)律、破壞情況以及被保護(hù)層的變形分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)開展了保護(hù)效果考察認(rèn)證。結(jié)果表明:采場(chǎng)周圍覆巖在整個(gè)開挖過程中經(jīng)歷了由原始應(yīng)力區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)化為應(yīng)力集中區(qū)、卸壓區(qū)、穩(wěn)定區(qū)和重新壓實(shí)區(qū)的變換過程;上保護(hù)層開采所形成的卸壓區(qū)域隨工作面的推進(jìn)從"V"形過渡至"U"形逐漸增大。經(jīng)保護(hù)層開采后,被保護(hù)層的最大膨脹變形量可達(dá)12.2mm(相對(duì)膨脹變形4.52‰),并在豎直方向上形成了覆巖"三帶"分布和底鼓分布;結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)保護(hù)效果考察得知,上保護(hù)層開采后被保護(hù)煤體得到了充分保護(hù),最大限度地消除了煤與瓦斯突出危險(xiǎn),為礦井安全高效奠定了重要的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safe and efficient mining of high level high gas soft and low permeable coal seam, taking X10901 face of West well of Dawan Coal Mine as the research object, the stress variation law of overburden mining in upper protective layer mining by using FLAC~ (3D) numerical simulation software is used. The damage and deformation distribution of the protected layer were studied, and the protection effect was investigated and certified. The results show that the overburden around the stope experienced the transformation process from the original stress zone to the stress concentration zone, the pressure relief zone, the stable zone and the re-compaction area during the whole excavation process. The pressure relief area formed by the mining of the upper protective layer gradually increases with the advance of the working face from "V" shape to "U" shape. After mining the protective layer, the maximum expansion deformation of the protected layer can reach 12.2mm (relative expansion deformation 4.52 鈥,
