云南山區(qū)公路客運(yùn)車(chē)輛車(chē)型安全評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:云南高原山區(qū)道路交通環(huán)境中,客車(chē)車(chē)型與其營(yíng)運(yùn)的線路、環(huán)境容易存在安全適應(yīng)性差的問(wèn)題,存在較大道路旅客運(yùn)輸安全隱患。目前憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)定性地評(píng)價(jià)客車(chē)車(chē)型與營(yíng)運(yùn)線路的安全適應(yīng)性,不利于新客車(chē)型選型和老舊隱患車(chē)型退市,極大地增加了道路旅客運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)的安全監(jiān)管難度。 論文針對(duì)高原山區(qū)道路交通環(huán)境,通過(guò)分析客車(chē)車(chē)型與交通參與者、線路、環(huán)境各因素的安全影響,建立了云南山區(qū)公路客運(yùn)車(chē)型與營(yíng)運(yùn)線路的安全適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)車(chē)型參數(shù)指標(biāo)集和線路環(huán)境參數(shù)指標(biāo)集。并且采用層次分析法(AHP)判斷矩陣構(gòu)建的方法,確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重值。最后以車(chē)型評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)值和線路環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)值求積的形式,建立了“車(chē)型—線路”安全度綜合評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)值計(jì)算模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出設(shè)計(jì)云南山區(qū)公路客運(yùn)車(chē)輛車(chē)型安全評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷牒屠肬ML統(tǒng)一建模工具對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能和管理業(yè)務(wù)需求進(jìn)行了分析;并且進(jìn)一步對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)對(duì)象的具體活動(dòng)做了分析建模;對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行了概念、邏輯及物理結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建了“實(shí)體—關(guān)系”模型,設(shè)計(jì)完成了主要的數(shù)據(jù)表。 通過(guò)依維柯得意系列營(yíng)運(yùn)客車(chē)在“昆明—麗江”營(yíng)運(yùn)線路上運(yùn)行的實(shí)際評(píng)價(jià)分析,根據(jù)得出的安全度等級(jí)結(jié)論以及隱患點(diǎn)的辨識(shí),和實(shí)際情況相比較,可以認(rèn)為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和模型是有效可行的。 云南山區(qū)公路客運(yùn)車(chē)輛車(chē)型安全評(píng)價(jià)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用,由于研究條件限制,還有待于開(kāi)展下一步工作使其更加完善。
[Abstract]:In the road traffic environment of Yunnan plateau mountain area, the passenger car model and its operating line are easy to have the problem of poor safety and adaptability, and there is a big road safety hidden danger. At present, the safety adaptability of the passenger car model and the operating line is evaluated qualitatively by the experience, which is unfavorable to the new type of passenger car type selection and the old and old hidden danger model. The earth has increased the difficulty of safety supervision in the road passenger transport market.
In view of the road traffic environment in high altitude mountain area, by analyzing the safety influence of passenger car models and traffic participants, lines and environmental factors, the safety adaptability evaluation model parameters set and line environment parameter set of road passenger vehicle and operating line in Yunnan mountain area are set up, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) judgment matrix is adopted. The weight value of each index is determined. Finally, the numerical calculation model is established based on model evaluation index value and line environment evaluation index. On this basis, the design of vehicle vehicle vehicle safety evaluation service system in Yunnan mountain area is proposed. The idea of image and the use of UML unified modeling tool to analyze the system function and management business needs, and further the overall design of the system function, the analysis and modeling of the specific activities of the system objects, the concept of the system database, the design of the logical and physical structure, and the construction of the "entity relationship". The model, the design completed the main data table.
According to the actual evaluation and analysis of the operating bus running on the "Kunming Lijiang" operating line, according to the conclusion of the safety degree and the identification of the hidden danger points and the actual situation, the evaluation index and model can be considered to be effective and feasible.
The realization and application of the safety evaluation service system for highway passenger vehicle in Yunnan mountain area, because of the limitation of the research conditions, it still needs to carry out the next step to make it more perfect.
