斷層帶和底板注漿模擬及其防水分析

【摘要】:考慮回采過程斷層與工作面底板溝通裂隙對工作面采場底板突水的影響,對礦井9603工作面底板及斷層采取注漿防水措施。為了準確分析注漿技術的效果,運用彈塑性本構模型、Drucker-Prager準則和ANSYS數(shù)值軟件,分析了9603工作面在注漿前后不同推進距離下沿工作面走向的應變區(qū)域分布。結果表明,巖層應變總體規(guī)律為隨工作面推進應變范圍逐漸擴大,斷層與底板之間裂隙溝通程度加強,且分布于開挖煤層兩側及斷層帶。注漿前,底板斜交及垂直裂隙與斷層先存裂隙初步溝通發(fā)生于工作面推進80 m的位置,完全溝通發(fā)生在工作面推進100 m的位置;注漿后,由于巖層在凝固漿液的影響下,彈性模量大大降低,抗張拉強度得到加強,底板斜交及垂直裂隙與斷層先存裂隙的初步溝通和完全溝通分別延至工作面推進120 m的位置和150 m的位置。
[Abstract]:Considering the influence of fracture communication between fault and face floor during mining process on water inrush of face floor, grouting waterproof measures are adopted for floor slab and fault of mine 9603 working face. In order to accurately analyze the effect of grouting technology, using the elastoplastic constitutive model, Drucker-Prager criterion and ANSYS numerical software, the distribution of strain region along the working face strike in 9603 face under different advance distance before and after grouting is analyzed. The results show that the general law of rock strain is that the strain range expands gradually with the advance of working face, the degree of communication between fault and floor is strengthened, and it is distributed on both sides of excavated coal seam and fault zone. Before grouting, the initial communication between the inclined bottom slab and the vertical fissure and the pre-existing fault fissure occurred in the position of working face advancing 80 m, and the complete communication occurred in the position of working face advancing 100 m, after grouting, because of the influence of solidification slurry, the rock layer was affected by solidification slurry. The elastic modulus is greatly reduced, the tensile strength is strengthened, and the initial communication and complete communication between the inclined bottom plate and the vertical fracture and the pre-existing fracture of the fault are extended to the position of 120 m and 150 m respectively.
