【摘要】：在煤化工煤粉制備工藝過程中,煤粉收集器是經(jīng)常發(fā)生泄漏并可能引發(fā)爆炸事故發(fā)生的危險區(qū)域之一。針對某煤粉制備工藝煤粉收集器下錐作業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行了爆炸危險性分析,找出了主要的泄漏點(diǎn),并對其可能出現(xiàn)的泄漏量、TNT當(dāng)量及爆炸波及范圍進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計算分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對整個煤粉收集器下錐作業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行了主動抑爆系統(tǒng)的安裝設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:In the process of coal chemical pulverized coal preparation, pulverized coal collector is one of the dangerous areas which often leak and may cause explosion accidents. In this paper, the explosion risk analysis is carried out in the lower cone operation area of a pulverized coal collector in a pulverized coal preparation process, and the main leakage points are found out, and the possible leakage amount, TNT equivalent and explosion ripple range are calculated and analyzed in detail. On this basis, the installation design of the active explosion suppression system is carried out for the whole pulverized coal collector lower cone operation area.
