甲醇汽油混合物爆炸下限測(cè)試研究

【摘要】:為評(píng)估甲醇汽油燃爆危險(xiǎn)特性,補(bǔ)充完善甲醇汽油的技術(shù)指標(biāo),采用FRTA爆炸極限測(cè)試儀測(cè)試研究不同組成甲醇汽油混合物的爆炸下限,并分析甲醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)、初始溫度對(duì)甲醇汽油爆炸下限的影響。結(jié)果表明:甲醇汽油混合物的爆炸下限隨甲醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)的增大而升高,從M0的1.129%升高到M100的6.523%;隨著初始溫度從25℃升高至100℃,M50,M85甲醇汽油的爆炸下限均呈下降趨勢(shì),且甲醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)越大,下降趨勢(shì)越明顯,但是M15甲醇汽油混合物的爆炸下限受溫度的影響卻很小;不同的樣品計(jì)量方式,會(huì)導(dǎo)致不同的爆炸極限測(cè)試結(jié)果,一般采用樣品分壓計(jì)量,測(cè)得的爆炸極限更準(zhǔn)確;采用樣品體積計(jì)量,測(cè)得的爆炸上下限均偏高。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the explosion hazard characteristics of methanol gasoline and to supplement the technical specifications of methanol gasoline, the explosion limit of different components of methanol gasoline mixture was measured by FRTA explosion limit tester, and the methanol volume fraction was analyzed. The effect of initial temperature on the lower limit of methanol gasoline explosion. The results show that the lower explosive limit of methanol gasoline mixture increases with the increase of methanol volume fraction, from 1.129% of M0 to 6.523% of M100, and decreases with the increase of initial temperature from 25 鈩,
