【摘要】：為夯實(shí)安全文化建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)一步豐富安全文化學(xué)原理,以組織安全文化建設(shè)為著眼點(diǎn),提煉并分析組織安全文化建設(shè)的2條核心原理,即組織安全文化方格理論和杠桿原理,并構(gòu)建其"輪形"結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)果表明:2條組織安全文化建設(shè)原理之間彼此影響、相互促進(jìn),其中,方格理論系統(tǒng)闡明了組織安全文化建設(shè)方案的設(shè)計(jì)方法和要求,杠桿原理指明了減弱組織安全文化建設(shè)阻力的阻礙作用的具體思路和途徑,它們可顯著提升組織安全文化建設(shè)的效率和效果。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical foundation of the construction of safety culture , the paper further enriches the principles of safety culture , focuses on organizing the construction of safety culture , and analyzes the two core principles of organizational safety culture construction , namely , the organization safety culture grid theory and the lever principle , and constructs its " round " structure system . The results show that the design method and the requirements of the organization safety culture construction scheme are expounded .
