【摘要】：為有效解決田陳煤礦3下518里工作面CO氣體濃度過高的問題,首先經(jīng)檢測(cè)分析CO來源,然后分析有害氣體涌入的原因;得出超前支撐壓力造成的煤體破壞,采空區(qū)冒落引起煤柱裂隙擴(kuò)大以及3下518里工作面附近有多組小斷層是造成采空區(qū)CO向工作面涌入的主要原因。對(duì)此,采用了通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化、煤層注水、注漿封堵等綜合措施。經(jīng)對(duì)工作面各處檢測(cè)檢查,得出這些措施的綜合運(yùn)用有效解決了3下518里工作面有害氣體濃度過高的問題。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively solve the problem of excessive concentration of CO gas in No. 3 Lower 518 Li face of Tianchen Coal Mine, the source of CO is analyzed firstly, and then the reasons of harmful gas influx are analyzed, and the destruction of coal body caused by leading support pressure is obtained. The caving of goaf leads to the expansion of coal pillar fissure and a number of small faults near No. 3 lower 518 Li face are the main reasons for CO flooding into the face in goaf. Comprehensive measures such as ventilation system optimization, coal seam water injection and grouting plugging are adopted. Through the inspection and inspection all over the working face, it is concluded that the comprehensive application of these measures can effectively solve the problem of high concentration of harmful gas in 3 lower 518 li working face.
