井下水倉清淤技術(shù)研究及關(guān)鍵設(shè)備控制

【摘要】:水、火、瓦斯、煤塵是煤礦主要的四大災(zāi)害。其中水患作為煤礦的主要災(zāi)害之一,對煤礦安全生產(chǎn)有著重大的影響。而對水倉及時有效的清理也是保證煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重要因素。目前井下水倉的清淤方式有人工清挖法,挖裝清淤法等,但清淤效果均不太理想。為了減少井下水倉清淤挖煤泥的時間,減輕工人勞動強(qiáng)度,提高水倉利用率;本課題采用一種新型的井下水倉清淤系統(tǒng)及新工藝對井下水倉進(jìn)行清淤。 本課題通過對煤泥的沉降特性以及顆粒特性分析,總結(jié)出煤泥沉降規(guī)律及顆粒分布規(guī)律,并為井下水倉的清淤工藝提供理論依據(jù)。本文將井下水倉清淤系統(tǒng)分成加壓過濾過程,振動攪拌過程以及抽排過程三個過程并對其分別進(jìn)行研究,確定了各過程中相關(guān)聯(lián)的參數(shù),使得井下清淤系統(tǒng)能夠更高效的運(yùn)行。根據(jù)上述三個過程的研究,確定了核心設(shè)備的選型依據(jù),為井下水倉清淤系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化完善做了準(zhǔn)備。主要確定了壓濾機(jī),渣漿泵,單螺桿泵等的主要的參數(shù)并提出了它們的選型依據(jù),進(jìn)一步完善了井下水倉清淤系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型體系。 井下水倉清淤系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用的是集中控制和PLC控制核心設(shè)備的方式對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制。對系統(tǒng)的核心設(shè)備壓濾機(jī)進(jìn)行了PLC控制設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了壓濾機(jī)的自動拉板卸料,全自動防爆電氣控制。并對所有電氣設(shè)備進(jìn)行了防爆設(shè)計(jì)以滿足煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的要求。 通過實(shí)踐,使用了本課題井下水倉清淤系統(tǒng)后,水倉的有效容積和有效使用時間明顯提高了,減少了流入水倉煤泥顆粒,降低了對煤礦主排水系統(tǒng)的磨損,,對保證煤礦排水安全有明顯效果;采用機(jī)械化設(shè)備清理水倉,大大降低了工人勞動強(qiáng)度;減輕了礦井運(yùn)輸壓力。
[Abstract]:Water, fire, gas and coal dust are the four major disasters in coal mines. As one of the main disasters in coal mine, flood has great influence on coal mine safety. The timely and effective cleaning of the water warehouse is also an important factor to ensure the safety of coal mine production. At present, the silt cleaning methods of underground silo include manual dredging, digging and silt cleaning, but the effect of dredging is not ideal. In order to reduce the time of dredging and dredging coal slime, lighten the labor intensity of workers and improve the utilization ratio of water bunker, a new type of silt cleaning system and new technology are adopted in this paper. Based on the analysis of the settling characteristics and particle characteristics of coal slime, the paper summarizes the settling law and particle distribution law of coal slime, and provides the theoretical basis for the silt cleaning process of underground water bunker. In this paper, the silt cleaning system of underground water bunker is divided into three processes: pressure filtration process, vibration stirring process and drainage process. The parameters are determined in each process, so that the silt cleaning system can operate more efficiently. According to the research of the above three processes, the selection basis of the core equipment is determined, and the preparation for the optimization and improvement of the silt cleaning system of the underground water bunker is made. The main parameters of filter press, slurry pump and single screw pump are determined and their selection basis is put forward. The equipment selection system of silt cleaning system in underground water storage is further improved. The silt cleaning system of underground silo is controlled by centralized control and PLC control. The filter press of the core equipment of the system has been designed by PLC control. The automatic pulling plate unloading material and automatic explosion-proof electric control of filter press have been realized. All electrical equipments are designed to meet the requirements of coal mine safety production. Through practice, after using the silt cleaning system of underground water bunker, the effective volume and effective service time of the silo have been obviously increased, and the coal slime particles flowing into the silo have been reduced, and the wear and tear to the main drainage system of coal mine has been reduced. It has obvious effect on ensuring coal mine drainage safety, using mechanized equipment to clean up the silo, greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers, and lightens the pressure of mine transportation.
