煤儲層滲透率氣體壓力敏感性的影響因素探討

【摘要】:為了探討在煤層氣排采過程中煤儲層滲透率的動態(tài)演化規(guī)律,以松藻煤礦K2煤層煤樣制作的型煤試件為研究對象,進(jìn)行了不同應(yīng)力、溫度作用下煤滲透率隨氣體壓力降低演化規(guī)律的試驗研究。研究結(jié)果表明:煤的滲透率隨氣體壓力下降基本呈現(xiàn)先減小后增大的趨勢,滲透率最小值對應(yīng)的氣體壓力臨界值將滲透率隨氣體壓力的演化分為2個階段;根據(jù)氣體壓力敏感系數(shù)Cp定義,不同圍壓溫度條件下氣體壓力敏感系數(shù)與氣體壓力呈現(xiàn)對數(shù)關(guān)系;由于有效應(yīng)力與基質(zhì)收縮效應(yīng)2方面的影響,在初始階段隨圍壓及溫度的升高煤滲透率對氣體壓力的響應(yīng)程度增大,基于氣體壓力敏感系數(shù)建立了氣體壓力與滲透率的關(guān)系式,可為合理制定煤層氣排采方案提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the dynamic evolution law of coal reservoir permeability in the process of coal bed methane production, different stresses were carried out on the briquette specimen made from coal sample of K2 coal seam in Songzao Coal Mine. Experimental study on the evolution law of coal permeability with gas pressure under the action of temperature. The results show that the permeability of coal decreases first and then increases with the decrease of gas pressure. The critical value of gas pressure corresponding to the minimum permeability value divides the evolution of permeability with gas pressure into two stages. According to the definition of gas pressure sensitivity coefficient CP, the relationship between gas pressure sensitivity coefficient and gas pressure is logarithmic under different confining pressure temperature, due to the effect of effective stress and matrix shrinkage effect. In the initial stage, the response of coal permeability to gas pressure increases with the increase of confining pressure and temperature. Based on the gas pressure sensitivity coefficient, the relationship between gas pressure and permeability is established, which can provide guidance for the rational formulation of coal bed methane extraction scheme.
