基于數(shù)值模擬的槽邊射流吹吸罩控制面與控制風(fēng)速研究

【摘要】:槽邊射流吹吸罩已廣泛應(yīng)用,但以射流理論為基礎(chǔ)的計(jì)算方法多通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)確定關(guān)鍵控制參數(shù),并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用,忽略了一些因素對吹吸流場的影響,難以準(zhǔn)確確定槽邊射流吹吸罩控制面板位置和控制污染物所需最小風(fēng)速的要求。因此,以蘇聯(lián)巴杜林的射流末端速度法為例,利用計(jì)算機(jī)流體力學(xué)計(jì)算技術(shù),對不同送排風(fēng)速情況下三維槽邊射流吹吸罩的流場分布和毒物控制效果進(jìn)行模擬分析,確定槽邊射流吹吸罩控制面位于0.6~0.8 L的位置,一般取0.65 L的位置,為防止污染物擴(kuò)散,控制面的風(fēng)速不宜小于1.28 m/s。
[Abstract]:The fluted jet suction cover has been widely used, but the calculation method based on the jet theory determines the key control parameters by experience, designs and applies, and neglects the influence of some factors on the suction field. It is difficult to determine the position of the control panel and the minimum wind speed required to control the pollutants. Therefore, taking the end velocity method of jet in Badulin, USSR, as an example, the flow field distribution and toxic control effect of three dimensional jet suction hood with different feeding and discharging wind speeds are simulated and analyzed by using computer hydrodynamic calculation technology. It is determined that the control surface of the fluted jet suction hood is located at the position of 0.6m 0.8 L, and the position of 0.65 L is generally taken. In order to prevent the diffusion of pollutants, the wind speed of the control surface should not be less than 1.28 m / s.
