含瓦斯煤循環(huán)加載破壞表面電位實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究循環(huán)加載條件下瓦斯對(duì)煤體破壞表面電位的影響,搭建了含瓦斯煤受載破壞表面電位實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),測(cè)試并分析了不同瓦斯壓力條件下,煤體循環(huán)加載破壞產(chǎn)生表面電位信號(hào)的特征規(guī)律,探討了有瓦斯參與情況下煤體受載破壞的機(jī)理。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,煤體在有瓦斯的條件下受載破壞能夠產(chǎn)生表面電位信號(hào),且電位信號(hào)與應(yīng)力和瓦斯的變化趨勢(shì)具有一定的關(guān)聯(lián)性;對(duì)于同一類型煤樣,隨著充入瓦斯壓力的增加,電位信號(hào)最大時(shí)的應(yīng)力水平逐漸減小;在循環(huán)加載過程中,當(dāng)應(yīng)力超過前一次加載應(yīng)力最大值時(shí),電位信號(hào)明顯增大。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of gas on the surface potential of coal body failure under cyclic loading, an experimental system of surface potential of coal loaded with gas was set up, and different gas pressure conditions were tested and analyzed. The characteristic law of surface potential signal produced by cyclic loading failure of coal body is discussed, and the mechanism of coal body under loading damage is discussed. The experimental results show that the surface potential signal can be produced when the coal body is damaged under the condition of gas, and the potential signal is related to the stress and the change trend of gas, and for the same type of coal sample, With the increase of gas pressure, the stress level decreases gradually when the potential signal is maximum, and the potential signal increases obviously when the stress exceeds the maximum value of the previous loading stress during cyclic loading.
