恒大煤礦復合厚煤層分層開采瓦斯治理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:針對恒大煤礦153采區(qū)煤層高瓦斯、煤層厚、夾矸層多等賦存特點,提出了復合厚煤層分層開采工作面開采工藝;在井下選取3個試驗點進行相關(guān)瓦斯基礎(chǔ)參數(shù)測定;分析了厚煤層分層開采時瓦斯涌出量來源,總結(jié)了瓦斯涌出規(guī)律,利用分源法預測瓦斯涌出量,為瓦斯抽采工藝提供主要參數(shù)依據(jù);針對153采區(qū)5333(A)綜采、5333(B)綜放工作面瓦斯涌出的特點,提出了復合厚煤層分層開采特殊條件下的瓦斯治理成套技術(shù),5333(A)綜采工作面采取了回采前瓦斯預抽、高位巷瓦斯抽采、回風巷埋管抽采和地面鉆孔抽采的綜合抽采方案;由于頂分層開采后對底分層瓦斯充分解放,5333(B)綜放工作面開采時,采用了預抽鉆孔抽采和埋管抽采相結(jié)合的方案;成功解決了頂分層工作面回采過程中極高瓦斯涌出和底分層工作面回采時大面積連通采空區(qū)而導致瓦斯大量涌出的難題,使回風流中瓦斯?jié)舛冉档?.6%以下,保障了礦井采掘安全,同時也為其他類似礦井安全生產(chǎn)起到重要的指導意義。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of high gas, thick coal seam and many gangue layers in No. 153 mining area of Hengda Coal Mine, this paper puts forward the mining technology of stratified mining face in compound thick coal seam, and selects 3 test points to measure the basic parameters of gas. This paper analyzes the source of gas emission during stratified mining of thick coal seam, summarizes the law of gas emission, and predicts the quantity of gas emission by means of split source method, which provides the main parameter basis for gas extraction technology. In view of the characteristics of gas emission in fully mechanized caving face (No. 5333B) (No. 5333A) (No. 153 mining area), this paper puts forward a complete set of technology for gas treatment under the special conditions of stratified mining in complex thick coal seam (No. 5333A) fully mechanized mining face adopts pre-drainage of gas before mining and gas drainage in high roadway. The comprehensive extraction scheme of underground pipe extraction and surface drilling extraction in return air roadway is adopted. When fully liberating the bottom stratified gas from bottom stratified gas after top stratified mining, the combined scheme of pre-drainage borehole extraction and buried pipe extraction is adopted. The problem of extremely high gas emission in the mining process of the top stratified working face and a large area connected to the goaf during the mining of the bottom stratified working face has been successfully solved, and the gas concentration in the return air flow has been reduced to below 0.6%. It ensures the safety of mine excavation and also plays an important guiding role in other similar mine safety production.
