密閉空間煤粉爆炸特性的實驗研究

【摘要】:為了探明煤粉在密閉空間中的爆炸特性參數(shù),利用20 L球形爆炸裝置進行實驗測試,實驗研究了不同點火能量對煤粉爆炸行為的影響,對比CaCO_3和Al(OH)_3兩種惰性介質(zhì)的抑爆效果及惰性介質(zhì)的抑爆效力隨點火能量的變化規(guī)律進行了重點探討。結(jié)果表明:隨著點火能量的增加,爆炸壓力隨著煤粉濃度的增加呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢,在同一濃度下,粉塵最大爆炸壓力和最大升壓速率呈線性上升,在高濃度下,粉塵爆炸壓力受點火能量的影響更顯著;添加CaCO_3和Al(OH)_3能夠降低煤粉的爆炸壓力,相對于CaCO_3的物理抑爆而言,Al(OH)_3的物理-化學(xué)抑爆效果更佳;惰性介質(zhì)抑爆效力隨點火能量增加而下降,建議采用5~10 k J點火能量考察惰性介質(zhì)對煤粉爆炸的抑制效力。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the explosion characteristic parameters of pulverized coal in closed space, the effect of different ignition energy on the explosive behavior of pulverized coal was experimentally studied by using a 20L spherical explosive device. In this paper, the effects of CaCO_3 and Al(OH)_3 on explosion suppression and the effect of inert medium on ignition energy are discussed in detail. The results show that with the increase of ignition energy, the explosive pressure increases first and then decreases with the increase of pulverized coal concentration. At the same concentration, the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum rate of pressure rise linearly, and at the high concentration, the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum pressure rise rate of the dust increase linearly. CaCO_3 and Al(OH)_3 can reduce the explosion pressure of pulverized coal, and compared with the physical explosion suppression of CaCO_3, the physical-chemical explosion suppression effect of CaCO_3 is better. The explosion suppression efficiency of inert medium decreases with the increase of ignition energy. It is suggested that the inert medium should be used to study the inhibition effect of inert medium on pulverized coal explosion by using 5 ~ (10) KJ ignition energy.
