公路事故多發(fā)段交通安全快速應(yīng)急技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)中,交通事故的原因諸多,一般的來講,地質(zhì)災(zāi)害、惡劣氣候而引起的公路交通事故更是屢見不鮮。地質(zhì)災(zāi)害及氣候條件,如山體滑坡、雨、雪、霧、沙塵暴等對公路安全運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的危害很大,尤其在大霧和雨雪的惡劣氣候條件下,公路交通事故明顯呈現(xiàn)多發(fā)的趨勢。如果可以對這些公路異常事件做實時有效的檢測,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,做一定的預(yù)防救援措施,勢必可以提高車輛在行駛過程中的安全性。因此,有必要對其進(jìn)行深入研究。 一般情況下,通過研究事故多發(fā)段公路行車安全的保障系統(tǒng),對異常事件進(jìn)行風(fēng)險監(jiān)測評估,制定相應(yīng)的管理和控制措施,預(yù)防事故多發(fā)路段交通事故的發(fā)生,降低事故率,提高公路運(yùn)輸效率,保障交通安全具有重大意義。論文的思想就是在此基礎(chǔ)上建立的,通過研究多因素條件下的公路異常事件,運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的視頻檢測方法,提高辨識的精準(zhǔn)度。同時,在啟用最優(yōu)化的快速響應(yīng)機(jī)制后,達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)損失、資源耗費(fèi)最小化的目的。 本論文就是在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對我國公路異常事件種類的多樣性、時間及地點(diǎn)多變的特點(diǎn),提出了運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的視頻技術(shù)檢測公路的安全信息,并對異常事件進(jìn)行辨別和評估,以便準(zhǔn)確的判斷事故多發(fā)段所存在的潛在風(fēng)險。最后通過預(yù)案平臺的搭建,構(gòu)建出快速響應(yīng)的救援機(jī)制。通過實時有效地檢測及后續(xù)的救援行動可以將異常事件所產(chǎn)生的影響減到最小,,直接降低了公路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)異常事件帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。 章節(jié)中所涉及到的視頻檢測技術(shù)、異常事件辨識及評估的方法是研究的基礎(chǔ),目的是通過先進(jìn)的技術(shù)對公路異常事件做出快速的反應(yīng),研究的結(jié)論可以為公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和管理提供相應(yīng)的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the highway network system, there are many causes of traffic accidents, generally speaking, geological disasters, bad weather caused by road traffic accidents are common. Geological hazards and climatic conditions, such as landslide, rain, snow, fog, dust storm, and so on, are harmful to the safe operation of highway, especially under the bad weather conditions of heavy fog and rain and snow. If these abnormal events can be detected in real time and effective, and on the basis of this, some preventive and rescue measures can be taken to improve the safety of the vehicle in the course of driving. Therefore, it is necessary to further study it. In general, by studying the safety system of accident prone section of highway, monitoring and evaluating the risk of abnormal events, formulating corresponding management and control measures, preventing the occurrence of traffic accidents in accident prone sections and reducing the accident rate, It is of great significance to improve the efficiency of highway transportation and ensure traffic safety. The idea of this paper is based on this, through the study of highway abnormal events under multi-factor conditions, the use of advanced video detection methods to improve the accuracy of identification. At the same time, the optimal rapid response mechanism is used to minimize economic loss and resource consumption. On the basis of this, in view of the diversity, time and place of highway abnormal events in China, this paper proposes to use advanced video technology to detect highway safety information, and to identify and evaluate abnormal events. In order to accurately judge the potential risk of accident-prone section. Finally, a quick response rescue mechanism is constructed through the construction of the plan platform. Through real-time and effective detection and subsequent rescue operations, the impact of abnormal events can be minimized, and the economic losses caused by abnormal events in highway traffic network can be directly reduced. The video detection techniques involved in the chapter, the methods of identifying and evaluating abnormal events, are the basis of the research. The purpose of this research is to make a rapid response to highway abnormal events through advanced technology. The conclusion can provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the construction and management of highway network security system.
