化工過程人員操作評價方法研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)日新月異的發(fā)展和計(jì)算機(jī)的廣泛應(yīng)用,計(jì)算機(jī)仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)越來越被逐漸向大型化、復(fù)雜化和自動化方向發(fā)展的過程工業(yè)所青睞。計(jì)算機(jī)仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)能夠模擬真實(shí)工業(yè)過程中的開停車、正常運(yùn)行和事故狀態(tài)等現(xiàn)象,可實(shí)時監(jiān)控被控對象的各種特性和參數(shù)變化等,不用投料,沒有危險,不受外界條件的限制,具有高效率和高效益。評分系統(tǒng)是仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)中必不可少的組成部分,完善的評分系統(tǒng)不僅能夠?qū)W(xué)員的操作進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的評價,也能對學(xué)員應(yīng)對事故的能力進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),并能對學(xué)員的操作進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。 本課題針對評分系統(tǒng)中考核不方便和考核有失客觀和公正性等問題,提出了一種立足于過程的評價方法,能夠高效快速并準(zhǔn)確的對操作人員的操作進(jìn)行評價。以某鍋爐供熱仿真系統(tǒng)為研究對象,依照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程,對鍋爐仿真系統(tǒng)設(shè)備進(jìn)行多次操作并根據(jù)記錄下影響操作評價的數(shù)據(jù),并進(jìn)行分析,深入研究了影響操作結(jié)果的多種因素,包括對操作步驟、操作質(zhì)量和操作失誤引發(fā)的報警等,根據(jù)這些評分指標(biāo)建立了合理的評分規(guī)則。本文利用模糊專家系統(tǒng)理論,建立了評分所需模糊知識庫,并以正向推理方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了供熱鍋爐仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)中成績自動評定系統(tǒng)。經(jīng)過試驗(yàn),作為仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,此評分系統(tǒng)可以監(jiān)測學(xué)員的操作過程,對操作結(jié)果進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的評估,,并對操作失誤進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。此成績自動評定系統(tǒng)具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the wide application of computer, the computer simulation training system is more and more favored by the process industry, which is developing towards the direction of large scale, complexity and automation. The computer simulation training system can simulate the phenomena of running and stopping, normal operation and accident state in the real industrial process, and can monitor the change of various characteristics and parameters of the controlled object in real time, without feeding and without danger. Not limited by external conditions, has high efficiency and high efficiency. The scoring system is an essential part of the simulation training system. The perfect scoring system can not only accurately evaluate the students' operation, but also test the students' ability to deal with accidents, and guide the students' operation. Aiming at the problems of inconvenient and unobjective evaluation in the scoring system, a method based on the process is proposed, which can evaluate the operation of the operator efficiently, quickly and accurately. Taking a boiler heating simulation system as the research object, according to the standard operating rules, the equipment of the boiler simulation system is operated many times and the data which affect the operation evaluation are recorded and analyzed. In this paper, the factors that affect the operation result are deeply studied, including the operation steps, the operation quality and the alarm caused by the operation error, and the reasonable scoring rules are established according to these scoring indexes. Based on the theory of fuzzy expert system, this paper establishes the fuzzy knowledge base needed for grading, and realizes the automatic achievement evaluation system in the heat supply boiler simulation training system by the way of forward reasoning. As an important part of the simulation training system, this scoring system can monitor the operation process of the trainees, evaluate the operation results accurately, and guide the operation errors. This system has wide application prospect.
