列車?克淼纼(nèi)救援站過程中活塞風變化的數(shù)值模擬分析

【摘要】:采用流體動力學(xué)數(shù)值模擬軟件FLUENT的動網(wǎng)格技術(shù),建立列車駛向隧道內(nèi)救援站的動網(wǎng)格模型,模擬和分析列車在駛向救援站的過程中(分別以勻速、減速和停車3種行駛狀態(tài)運行時)處于不同位置的斷面活塞風變化情況。結(jié)果表明:當列車勻速剛駛進隧道時,列車側(cè)面環(huán)腔區(qū)域的活塞風方向與列車運行方向相反,之后,在列車勻速和減速狀態(tài)下的活塞風方向與列車運行方向相同,但由于列車的行駛速度遠大于活塞風的速度,因此當列車中后部發(fā)生火災(zāi)時所產(chǎn)生的煙氣不會從列車尾部流向列車頭部;當列車?吭诰仍局胁繒r,救援站入口、出口及中部環(huán)腔區(qū)域內(nèi)的活塞風由列車尾部流向列車頭部方向,并在列車停車5min后活塞風的速度方能衰減到2.0m·s~(-1)以下;在列車?烤仍镜倪^程中,火災(zāi)煙氣將流入疏散橫通道。建議在進行救援站通風排煙設(shè)計時,重視列車?烤仍境跗诘幕钊L對列車火災(zāi)煙氣流動的影響,以保證列車內(nèi)人員安全疏散。
[Abstract]:Using the dynamic grid technology of the numerical simulation software FLUENT, the dynamic grid model of the train moving to the rescue station in the tunnel is established, and the simulation and analysis of the train moving towards the rescue station (at uniform speed, respectively) are carried out. The variation of cross-section piston wind in different position is in three running states of deceleration and stopping. The results show that the piston wind direction of the side ring cavity is opposite to that of the train when the train has just entered the tunnel, and the piston wind direction is the same as that of the train in the condition of uniform train speed and deceleration. But because the train travels much faster than the piston wind, the smoke generated when a fire breaks out at the back of the train does not flow from the rear to the head of the train; when the train stops in the middle of the rescue station, the rescue station entrance, The piston wind in the exit and central ring cavity region flows from the rear of the train to the head of the train, and the velocity of the piston wind can only decrease below 2.0 m / s ~ (-1) after the train stops 5min, and the smoke from fire will flow into the evacuation cross passage during the train stopping at the rescue station. It is suggested that attention should be paid to the effect of piston wind at the initial stage of train stop rescue station on the smoke flow of train fire in order to ensure the safe evacuation of train occupants in the design of ventilation and smoke exhaust in rescue station.
