陽(yáng)煤五礦8421拆除面防滅火措施對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:在陽(yáng)煤五礦8421工作面停采搬家期間采取多種防滅火措施,通過(guò)溫度和氣體組分濃度變化數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比選出最優(yōu)方案。結(jié)果表明,注水降溫效果好但溫度回升較快并且會(huì)惡化工作面環(huán)境,注膠可以控制溫度較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間穩(wěn)定但降溫效果不明顯且經(jīng)濟(jì)成本較高,相比之下,注二氧化碳?xì)怏w降溫快,溫度下降后能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間維持穩(wěn)定,不會(huì)惡化環(huán)境且經(jīng)濟(jì)成本合理,為最優(yōu)方案。
[Abstract]:A variety of measures were taken to prevent and extinguish fire during the period of stoppage and moving of No. 8421 working face in No. 5 Coal Mine of Yangyang Coal Mine. The optimum scheme was selected by comparing the data of temperature and gas component concentration. The results show that the cooling effect of water injection is good, but the temperature is rising rapidly and the working environment will be deteriorated. The injection of glue can control the temperature for a long time, but the cooling effect is not obvious and the economic cost is high. In contrast, the injection of carbon dioxide gas reduces the temperature quickly. The optimum scheme is to keep the temperature stable for a long time after the temperature drops, and not to deteriorate the environment and the economic cost is reasonable.
