離子色譜法測定工作場所空氣中六價鉻含量

【摘要】:采用離子色譜法測定工作場所空氣中六價鉻的含量。采用堿性微孔濾膜采集工作場所空氣樣品,經(jīng)4.0mmol·L~(-1)碳酸鈉溶液超聲洗脫后,選用Metrosep A Supp 4-250型陰離子色譜柱(250mm×4.0mm)進(jìn)行色譜分離。以4.0mmol·L~(-1)碳酸鈉-1.0mmol·L~(-1)碳酸氫鈉混合液為流動相,抑制型電導(dǎo)檢測器測定。六價鉻的質(zhì)量濃度在0.01~10.0mg·L~(-1)內(nèi)與其峰面積呈線性關(guān)系,方法的檢出限(3S/N)為4×10-3 mg·L~(-1)。加標(biāo)回收率在95.2%~97.6%之間,測定值的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=6)在2.2%~3.8%之間。
[Abstract]:The content of hexavalent chromium in workplace air was determined by ion chromatography. The air samples of workplace were collected by alkaline microporous filter membrane. The samples were eluted by 4.0mmol Ln (1) sodium carbonate solution and separated by Metrosep A Supp 4-250 anion chromatographic column (250mm 脳 4.0mm). The mixture of sodium bicarbonate and sodium bicarbonate (4.0mmol) was used as mobile phase and was determined by an inhibitory conductance detector. The detection limit of hexavalent chromium is 4 脳 10 ~ (-3) mg 路L ~ (-1) L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1), and the detection limit is 3 S / N (4 脳 10 ~ (-3) mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). The recoveries were between 95.2% and 97.6%, and the relative standard deviation was between 2.2% and 3.8%.
