【摘要】:安全電器具的管理是一個(gè)供電企業(yè)能否安全的生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵。隨著電力企業(yè)改革的不斷深入,安全生產(chǎn)也逐漸成為電力企業(yè)追求的重要目標(biāo)之一。安全工器具是保證電力企業(yè)正常運(yùn)作的基本工具,其科學(xué)有效的管理保證電力企業(yè)日常生產(chǎn)、安全管理的重要因素。隨著供電企業(yè)的發(fā)展,安全工器具的數(shù)量和種類呈持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)狀態(tài),傳統(tǒng)的手工記錄核實(shí)的管理辦法已經(jīng)不能滿足發(fā)展的需要。本文研究了國內(nèi)外安全工器具管理的發(fā)展背景,深入分析了達(dá)州電業(yè)局安全工器具管理現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有管理方法中存在的不足和問題,采用熱門的開發(fā)工具ASP.NET技術(shù)和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù),系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)選擇較為前沿的C/S架構(gòu),開發(fā)出一套適合達(dá)州電業(yè)局內(nèi)部使用的高效的安全工器具管理系統(tǒng)。堅(jiān)持以人為本,將安全工器具的管理推向一條無紙化,信息化的道路。本文首先介紹了論文選題背景,闡述了國內(nèi)外安全工器具管理辦法,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。通過走訪達(dá)州電業(yè)局各部門,明確系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)要求和設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),并對(duì)技術(shù)架構(gòu)和達(dá)州電業(yè)局工器具管理業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行分析,給出了系統(tǒng)的需求分析;其次對(duì)系統(tǒng)開發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)、功能框架和安全性設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹,給出了主要模塊的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了達(dá)州電業(yè)局安全工器具管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)將安全工器具的領(lǐng)用、配發(fā)、歸還和檢驗(yàn)復(fù)雜的管理流程簡(jiǎn)單化,提高了管理效率,摒棄了人工紙質(zhì)登記的低效率管理方式,滿足了達(dá)州電業(yè)局對(duì)安全工器具的信息化管理需求。本系統(tǒng)采用ASP.NET三層設(shè)計(jì)架構(gòu),采用客戶端/瀏覽器模式,使得系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)成本降到最低,保證了系統(tǒng)的可維護(hù)性和可擴(kuò)充性,客戶只需安裝瀏覽器客戶端即可通過內(nèi)網(wǎng)或者外網(wǎng)連接系統(tǒng)使用。通過系統(tǒng)的上線使用,證明了達(dá)州電業(yè)局電力安全工器具工具的理論可行性和實(shí)際的易操作性,完成系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)需求,達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:The management of safety electrical appliances is the key to the safe production of a power supply enterprise. With the deepening of electric power enterprise reform, safety production has gradually become one of the important goals pursued by electric power enterprises. Safety equipment is the basic tool to ensure the normal operation of electric power enterprises. Its scientific and effective management ensures the daily production and safety management of power enterprises. With the development of power supply enterprises, the number and types of safety devices are increasing continuously. The traditional management method of manual record verification can not meet the needs of development. In this paper, the development background of safety apparatus management at home and abroad is studied, and the present situation of safety apparatus management in Dazhou Electric Power Bureau is analyzed, and the shortcomings and problems in the existing management methods are summarized. By adopting the popular development tools ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology, the system structure selects the advanced C / S architecture, and develops a set of efficient safety tools management system suitable for the internal use of DEA. Adhere to people-oriented, the management of safety appliances to a paperless, information-based road. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of the thesis, describes the management methods of safety tools at home and abroad, and briefly introduces the key technologies used in the development of the system. By visiting every department of DEAB, the design requirements and design objectives of the system are defined, and the technical framework and the management business of DEAB are analyzed, and the requirement analysis of the system is given. Secondly, the network structure, technical framework, function framework and security design of the system are introduced in detail, and the detailed design scheme of the main modules is given. Finally, the development of the safety equipment management system of Dazhou Electric Power Bureau is realized. The system simplifies the complicated management process of receiving, distributing, returning and testing safety tools, improves the management efficiency, and abandons the low efficiency management mode of manual paper registration. Meet the information management requirements of DEAB for safety equipment. The system adopts ASP.NET three-layer design framework and client / browser mode, which makes the development cost of the system to the minimum, and ensures the maintainability and expansibility of the system. The client only needs to install the browser client to connect to the system through the intranet or the extranet. Through the on-line use of the system, it is proved that the theoretical feasibility and practical ease of operation of the electric power safety tools in Dazhou Electric Power Bureau, and the system development requirements have been fulfilled, and the expected results have been achieved.
