鮑店礦遠(yuǎn)距離動壓灌漿系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:灌漿技術(shù)是礦井主要的防滅火技術(shù)手段之一。隨著礦井開采范圍不斷延伸,灌漿管路不斷加長,造成管路阻力增大,管路出口壓力小等問題變得日益突出。這類問題的解決一般是通過加壓來實(shí)現(xiàn)提高出口壓力。壓力是防滅火灌漿工作中的一個(gè)重要參數(shù),如果壓力過大,則可能會出現(xiàn)灌漿管路損壞等情況,同時(shí),管路壓力監(jiān)測主要是由人工測定的,不能提供實(shí)時(shí)的壓力監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)。這些因素導(dǎo)致遠(yuǎn)距離灌漿系統(tǒng)難以滿足礦井安全性的要求。 本文在分析鮑店煤礦灌漿系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了由渣漿泵加壓、PLC控制技術(shù)和組態(tài)監(jiān)測軟件形成的遠(yuǎn)距離動壓灌漿系統(tǒng)。首先,按照系統(tǒng)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)框架,設(shè)計(jì)原則,主要功能和系統(tǒng)控制,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了PLC控制渣漿泵的啟停和管路中局部壓力過大可能損壞管路的閉環(huán)超壓保護(hù)系統(tǒng);其次,分析了遠(yuǎn)距離動壓灌漿系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用環(huán)境,利用ANSYS模擬軟件對管道中的壓力分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果和現(xiàn)場實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)基本吻合,掌握了管路中的壓力分布情況;最后,通過現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用效果分析,在輸送距離為4500米的遠(yuǎn)距離灌漿工作中,漿液的輸送壓力增加了1MPa,出口壓力由原先的1.5MPa增加至2.8MPa,表明本系統(tǒng)能夠滿足遠(yuǎn)距離灌漿的需求,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離動壓灌漿的智能化控制,,有效地解決了遠(yuǎn)距離灌漿和由此引起的局部壓力分布不均勻而導(dǎo)致的壓力過大損壞灌漿管路的問題。研究成果對礦井遠(yuǎn)距離灌漿防滅火有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Grouting technology is one of the main means of preventing and extinguishing fire in mines. With the continuous extension of mine mining area and the continuous extension of grouting pipeline, the pipeline resistance increases and the outlet pressure of pipeline becomes more and more prominent. The solution of this kind of problem is to increase the outlet pressure by pressurizing. Pressure is an important parameter in fire prevention and fire grouting work. If the pressure is too high, the grouting pipeline may be damaged. At the same time, the pipeline pressure monitoring is mainly measured manually and can not provide real-time pressure monitoring data. These factors make the remote grouting system difficult to meet the requirements of mine safety. Based on the analysis of grouting system in Baodian Coal Mine, a long-distance dynamic pressure grouting system is designed based on PLC control technology of slag slurry pump and configuration monitoring software. Firstly, according to the whole structure frame, design principle, main function and system control of the system, the closed-loop overpressure protection system which is controlled by PLC to control the starting and stopping of slag slurry pump and the local pressure in the pipeline may damage the pipeline is designed and realized. The field application environment of the long-distance dynamic pressure grouting system is analyzed, and the pressure distribution in the pipeline is simulated by using ANSYS software. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the field measured data. Finally, through the field application effect analysis, in the transportation distance of 4500 meters long distance grouting work, The conveying pressure of slurry is increased by 1MPa, and the outlet pressure is increased from 1.5MPa to 2.8MPa, which indicates that the system can meet the requirement of long-distance grouting and realize the intelligent control of long-distance hydrodynamic grouting. The problem of long distance grouting and the local pressure distribution caused by it is effectively solved, which results in the excessive damage of grouting pipeline caused by the pressure. The research result has certain application value to the mine long-distance grouting fire prevention and extinguishing.
