煤體在沖擊荷載作用下的損傷機(jī)制

【摘要】:以靜力學(xué)、沖擊動(dòng)力為實(shí)驗(yàn)手段,得出煤在不同應(yīng)變率荷載下的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變關(guān)系。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果及煤體動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)特征,通過改進(jìn)朱-王-唐本構(gòu)模型建立了體現(xiàn)煤體應(yīng)變率效應(yīng)、損傷特征的本構(gòu)方程。將建立的方程嵌入有限元程序中對(duì)煤體在不同峰值沖擊荷載作用下的損傷機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,研究結(jié)果表明:煤體在沖擊荷載下出現(xiàn)層狀間隔劈裂結(jié)構(gòu),煤體的劈裂損傷主要有2種形式:①由較大拉剪應(yīng)力形成的"快速躍升式"損傷;②拉剪-壓剪交替作用累積形成的"慢速階梯式"損傷。
[Abstract]:According to the experimental results and the dynamic mechanical characteristics of coal, the constitutive equation of the strain rate effect and damage characteristic of coal body is established by improving the experimental results and the dynamic mechanical characteristics of coal, and the established equation is embedded in the finite element program to the coal body. The damage mechanism under the impact of different peak impact loads is studied. The results show that the coal body has a layered split structure under the impact load, and the splitting damage of the coal body is mainly 2 forms: (1) the "rapid jump" damage formed by the larger tensile shear stress, and the "slow step type" loss accumulated by the alternating action of tensile shear and shear shear Injury.
