【摘要】:針對某核設施核動力裝置檢修場所區(qū)域空氣取樣監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)在自動化、智能化、安全性、人性化操作等方面存在的缺陷與不足,提出了一套對區(qū)域空氣取樣監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的改進方案。將工業(yè)PLC控制技術應用于氣溶膠取樣監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),利用在線智能監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)獲取關鍵參數(shù)信息,依據(jù)取樣要求輸出控制取樣回路信號及泵保護信號,提高了系統(tǒng)自動化、智能化、安全性和操作便利性等使用性能。此改進可用于該核設施核動力裝置檢修場所區(qū)域空氣取樣監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:In view of the defects and defects of the regional air sampling and monitoring system in the nuclear power plant maintenance site of a nuclear power plant in automation, intelligence, safety and humanized operation, a set of improvement scheme for the regional air sampling and monitoring system is put forward. The industrial PLC control technology is applied to the aerosol sampling and monitoring system. The key parameter information is obtained by the on-line intelligent monitoring system, and the sampling loop signal and pump protection signal are output according to the sampling requirement, which improves the automation and intelligence of the system. Use performance such as safety and ease of operation. This improvement can be used for air sampling monitoring in the nuclear power plant maintenance site.
