【摘要】：為研究建筑施工作業(yè)人員的安全感及其影響因素,基于影響因素的建筑施工作業(yè)安全感水平模型。首先,采用作業(yè)安全感量表測(cè)量建筑施工人員的作業(yè)安全感;其次,通過問卷調(diào)查分析作業(yè)安全感影響因素,將影響因素概括為個(gè)體特征因素、作業(yè)環(huán)境因素、安全管理綜合因素3類;最后,通過相關(guān)性分析及主成分分析(PCA)方法建模。結(jié)果表明,建筑施工人員的作業(yè)安全感普遍較低,安全效能、作業(yè)危險(xiǎn)性等因素對(duì)建筑施工作業(yè)安全感有顯著影響,而年齡、情緒穩(wěn)定性等因素的影響較弱。基于影響因素的建筑施工作業(yè)安全感水平模型計(jì)算結(jié)果與安全感量表測(cè)量結(jié)果相近。
[Abstract]:In order to study the safety of construction workers and its influencing factors, the safety level model of construction work based on the influencing factors was developed. First, the job security scale is used to measure the job security of construction workers. Secondly, the influencing factors of job security are analyzed by questionnaire, and the influencing factors are summarized as individual characteristic factors, work environment factors, and so on. Finally, the method of correlation analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) is used to model the safety management. The results show that the job security of construction workers is generally low, and the factors such as safety efficacy and operational risk have a significant effect on the safety of construction work, but the influence of age and emotional stability is weak. The calculation results of the safety level model based on the influencing factors are similar to the results measured by the security scale.
